Hi Tig I have been looking at PUR and DEG for a change from Covid 19 shares which have all lost their sex appeal. Prefer PUR and it is Canada rather than Oz again Christophe on this board seems to have knowledge of Canadian shares. He has assisted me before.

And I was surprised by the difference in the two presentations. The first interview was full of joie de vivre, excitement etc GH was on a high. The second one he did not sound so confident and
seemed to waffle on a bit as if It was a chore to explain the legalities....and less confident. Anyone agree?

Thank you SoS for your very grounding post. One of my most common expressions is”There should
have been a degree in common sense”. It amazes me how many academics are not street wise and have no common sense. I regret now not buying more shares around the 3p mark BUT the name of the Chairman put me off. I lost a lot on BMR and do not know how the BOD were never arrested.

Paddy and Magic gave me faith and hope so I have gradually increased my holding. However a lot
of posters who have millions of shares keep saying “I will pay my mortgage off or I will buy an Aston Martin or this will be life changing for me and my family”. Please this is still an Aim share take
some profits to do these thing and leave the rest for speculation. We will be dealing with big companies who will be a lot shrewder than any of us and who will not care for the lowly pi.

I do not know how Borrelli and Bird have not been arrested for what they have done to BMR.
Borrelli is chairman to several Companies GGP XPD etc. How does he get these positions with his track record? Bird is with JLP and not much happens there.

Sorry late coming onto the bb this morning. When a report from 2018/9 from Sprott was shown again on the bb several weeks ago I read it (DYOR) and was impressed.Then because it was way out of date I mailed Brock and asked him if there were any further updates on GGP. He replied within
half an hour stating that the survey and work had been reported and had been put to bed and he
was no longer working on it. I took that as a polite way of saying “No more info from here”. So I did not report this back to the bb.

I have never researched a share as much as this one. I always hold on to shares too long or not long enough. I thought this could be life changing. In lockdown for 12 weeks now; so had time to research. Very disappointed in today’s reaction to the RNS. Gut feeling it will come good....Avct Gdr

Why does not someone phone him and specifically say “has the application gone in?”. I would read the quote on BMR today from a phone call withCB !!!

Can someone explain the significance of the RNS please?

It is quite lonely when you lose a lot of your hard earned pension money and do not like to talk about it to family and friends. What would you tell your family if ggp goes wrong? I only meant that now I have been in contact with fellows in the same boat.

Thanks Jerry for your helpful reassurance on chairmen. However I do wonder how they get these positions. I do hope I keep my faith in GH. I wonder how many companies AB is chairman of. He has over 13 million shares in GGP and I was worried he was the employee who got the 6 million options! I could never understand how he was never arrested or at least not allowed to run another co.

Thanks for your reply. In the RNS AB’s name was never mentioned. Why did you say AB chairman XPD issued the scrip issue?

Been busy the last two days; so sat down to check the BBS. So pleased with the SP on Friday and am now into solid profit. However every time anyone mentions Alex Borrelli I freeze. He lost me a
lot of money on BMR and if I mention him on the BB the message is removed. A poster called Bebeto mentioned him by saying “Alex Borrelli Chairman of GGP has issued a scrip dividend on XPD”. Could you explain further about XPD please? AB seems to keep a low profile in the news from this company considering he is Chairman and a major share holder.
