When you read the statement it says many of the claims are via claims companies who will take a large percentage if you win. Therefore if claimants do it direct and accept a reduced claim they end up with more money! I think this is brilliant!

I tried to buy shares at just under £6 online but it was impossible; so gave up and tried to get through on the telephone. I could not get through at first then listened to the recorded message for over an hour! The shares by now are back well over £7.50. Sent in a complaint I was furious. They have not even had the decency to reply. Today the CEO of the Company I wanted to buy into has bought half a million pounds worth of these shares at £8 .12. Gutted! This keeps happening with them and they say they have been dealing with their technical faults.

I thought they could not buy within 14 days of price sensitive info being announced. Not sure if this correct. I also tried to buy on HL when the shares were under £6. It was impossible online and I was on the phone for an hour to no avail. I have complained but not even had an acknowledgement. I suppose they will they did not receive the mail!! Not a Happy Bunny!
