Hi red. Fair summary of the results update.

My own thoughts are until the test centre is up and running then there probably will be limited news that can help drive price up.

I am pleased to see that there are plans to expand and also that Engsolve are working with a sales originator. With that side of the business already profitable, perhaps it is something that going forward can add a lot more value to the business overall.

At current rate then we are funded until next June at least, with expansion for arguments sake taking costs to £3m / annum by then.

Could be a few scenarios that shape things in covering costs going forward from then(if needed)

Simple loan

Cash raise via new issue of shares

Funding from partner

Payment from orders

Royalties / licence

Obviously mostly will revolve around the test unit validation and results. I expect positive test results during the early part of 2025 and hopefully on this a steady stream of income from "rubber stamped" deals.

Fingers crossed that is enough to start to bridge the gap from current turnover to costs. With the plans to expand the business then I assume the board are confident going forward and are on track.

Never heard the radio 4 broadcast DrAl, but that same statement is certainly floating about somewhere in the Internet.

The bit I like taken from the reply from Paul to Test. Should be an interesting few months following commissioning as team phe/eng work on inputs / outputs.

Just for the record and for anyone that might have joined lately and therefore in the dark to the meaning to your post.

Was 2 kilns ordered to be manufactured by MDKL then a further 12 2.5m.

At some point there was a change and they were asked to make a pilot one first. Material was paid for and a pilot kiln was manufactured and enough material was left over to produce one full size model.

MDKL went bust, the pilot was delivered to where I do not know, the remaining material I also do not know what has happened to it.

Don't know how and if hui were involved, but "my source of info" named powerhouse as the customer placing the orders.

Obviously there is nothing I can do to prove the above info, but it came from someone that would absolutely know 100% without any doubt, and someone I've known personally for a long time through a previous employment.

Morning dusty, regardless of how "unique" the kiln might be in the manor of its design or overall functionality, I think it's safe to say that it will be made of an already proven high temp steel which has the properties to withstand the temps and pressures likely encountered during the process.

As I posted away back a long time ago, the original order with MDKL was for 2.5m rotary calcifer design gas fed burner made from high temp stainless steel.

The kiln construction etc has already been verified by SGS so we can be assured that it meets spec.
