I am talking about the results of the first trial. And in this trial they have not published the protocol which is a requirement for publishing the results. Even if they publish the protocol afterwards, since it will be after unblinding the trial it dininishes its value. Polb001 was named something else before, sure. What I am saying is they have nothing on that on the polb001 page, not previous publications and not current ones.

Also not a single scientific reference on polb001 page on their website.

On the other hand there is not a single scientific publication on polb-001. Phase 1 trial was never published (protocol or results) and phase 1b is the same. So now they will ask for a partnership with results that have not been scrutinised by a single source. Sure.

There was a lot of wishful thinking and a lot of TAMs thrown around. They should have discussed some of the results, some of the immunological assays do take some time (couple of months tops to put together all the data) but the macroscopic and many of the blood test results could and should have been discussed.

1. Some readouts could and should have been communicated.

2. Publishing the protocol is not a requirement for what? It definitely is a requirement if they want to publish the results. Most importantly, it is good practice so that it can be scrutinised (expectation vs outcome) by both the science and investor communities. That ship has sailed now (trial already unblinded) but they should still publish it asap

3. Many exaggerations of the garden variety ("hey, look at that TAM")
