I think amigo does have a future in the current leadership. I believe and what I personally understand from their press releases and actions ( job advertising) they have a plan which is being followed in a methodological process.

seamus12, I am afraid I was not the meeting when the agreement was made. So using my words carefully ,an agreement was obviously made not to pay dividends or sell assets.....( from my memory) .
As for the creditors yes , whoever is deemed by the potential administrator to be paid first.But I believe those seeking compensation will get money Not nothing as stated.

Stew200 absolutely agree with what you have said, there is no reason under the carefully navigation through these turbulent times with the C.E.O ; with our support why Amigo will not bounce back.
Yes it will take time and yes we have a number of hurdles to jump with high risk as well , but this risk with the share price I believe is worth it :)

Reading your post , I believe I am able to answer two of your statements.

B) the F.C.A has asked G.J to stop all assets and stopped all dividends being sold or given.

Which means if there is not agreement the clauments would still get quite a bit ( if the company was to go into administration ).

C) Amigo limited means exactly that all debts limited to that company ( unless it can be proven that there is collaboration financially between the two)

Cando66 leave our Gary alone.

He is a splendid fellow, he has turned three other financial loan companies around e.g Hitachi.

Where other loan companies have closed down once being brought to account e.g sunny loans . Our Gary has chosen to invest his own money into amigo shares...I think about £50,000 approximately by doing this he has taken a very prominent stakeholder position.

Gary has worked with the F.C A to sort out the mess amigo loans are in and then internally focus on root cause analysis of why amigo loans are in this sad current state of affairs.

What we need to do is stick with Gary and support him, he is the real deal!
