oh mouse ....my boss loves me .............and I love him . Theres just a slight touch of hostile negotiation on, be weary of shorters , keep the faith if you can , understand if you cannot. Remember these guys did not get to where they are by rolling over. Hi Blue, how do you doing mate? Bit of a rough ride today .You asked me if I believe Gary was good my reply in Amigo case yes Gary Jennsion has a solid track record and look what he has done so far. But I also advised you to do your own risk analysis and to be weary of others opinions.

I still Gary is the right man for Amigo , no better . These guys have sat in the offices and developed a strategy, of the offer they would put down on the table. I have a lot of qualifications one being a Hostile Negotiator and EU General data protection practitioner, plus a few others to help me with my work and I can tell you watching these guys .......they are real deal ...the homework work has been done.......and not being rude we knew this was coming........

In my recent posts I have made it transparently clear If you over extended Get out ............dont speculate more than you can lose.......I do not know the results or the end of play but each hostile negotiation as its own ending..............be wise , best wishes

I think the most important bit is how many claims are in the system, and they are going to be pretty mythed if they were expecting 1000s and now only expecting £200 e.g

Will they want revenge and forget the money ???? Or accept the money.......but more importantly how will the CMCs react ......are they going to still want there percentage?

I think we all have to ask the 64000 $ question?

Will the complaints' that have had their complaint stopped and be ask to accept a lower figure than been stated by the cmcs?

It's good for a forum to have some one that is different in their opinion because it can stop people egging on others to point of financial ruin..

Look at the company news. The company stating basically accept the deal we can afford or get nothing because we cannot afford the current rate.

What would a creditor accept, nothing or money.
He/she would have to be pretty revengeful for nothing.

I am holding, because human nature always dictate money.......let's face it...if someone offered you £100 or nothing ....what would you take ?

There were at least 4 sells of 220 k shares at strategic intervals.

This denoted a shorter or shorters shorting the stock. However, I notice / I believe they are now buying back in at lesser amounts to keep their losses low . Be weary they might have the appetite to do it again. ......but they lost about 10k I believe:)
