Maybe you are right blind in your interpretation. But if she is advising clients not to repay a loan and advocating not to take part in a customer complaints procedure........that is suicidal .

Well xel123 , maybe you stood her up now she haunting you........I really don't know to be honest. But collectively we could deal with her through the body she belongs too. Since she is damaging our company.........the Complaint would have to be .....unprofessional conduct likely to bring the authorise body in disrepute.

Not sure of her chances .....but she have a sleepless month and she would have to shut up until its resolved
