RE: Predictions30 Jan 2021 21:30
I doubt there be any news from Amigo, however there will be plenty outside I.e debtcamel, M.Lewis and other people.
I think we can take it all to be negative, but then there is the positive looks like a crash coming ( so reported).
I think at present till beginning of March we will remain about 6.55 bench mark then depending on outside factors pressure will mount probably for a favourable report from the skilled person who is at presently assessing the SOA .
I do not see the skilled person report as a risk because the board probably had a dry run at it all ready ( I m guessing)
The FCA is not a risk due to Amigo working constructively to resolve any concerns.
The court is just there to ensure compliance and to authorise it.( no risk if the the previous are no problems).
Then SOA voting.......CMC S will tell their clients to vote yes so they get paid ....otherwise they don't.
Those previous clients will vote yes at prospect of getting money especially during a recession .
With the potential of the acceptance about 34 pence before court hearing about 20pence.
In 4-5 years £2.50 a share easily . With a 9 pence dividend.........I have 200,000 so yes I biased and in this for the long haul .
I am also a big fan G.J
