Accept your position sir but I believe its down to the voters . The judge is just there to ensure it was legal and to rubber stamp it, if it is legal.
Not sure what effect FCA has on it if they disagree maybe someone can advise ?

Your statements are cherry picked in view , I like people to be negative for it puts a good prospective on things but only if the statements are 100 % correct

Yes staying in, I am going with my feelings on this like all stocks have done (linco just got out, Sirius mining stayed away from and the woodford fund got out within a week).

I believe the vote will be in our favour but there will be along road to recovery

I think once the shock as gone( a week or so) it will recover to maybe high 6 pence to low 7 pence . The thing about amigo stock its not hype like other stocks normally a pence different not more.

she sliding gradually, buts it good she not in free fall. Keep thinking there is a major short coming .....but not sure if that's the case ......waiting till 14.30 to see whats going to happen then ......hedging my bets she be in the high 5 pence range or low 6 pence before recovery sets in
