Well to be honest bumby, I am not sure it's that high of a risk,providing they have done nothing naughty.

I have the experience of watching/investing companies in distress with their SP

15years ago Linco A ( usa) that share was extremely volatile, I was a shareholder but managed to get out. I watched that CEO plough the debt into LincoB and then watched them use Linco A as a lifeboat to rescue the Linco B shareholders before he bankrupt Linco B and then stop trading with Linco A.( it was amazing to observe)

Oxford biomed was on 7 pence a share 15 years approx, sadly did not buy in ( look now).

Sirius mining (all that hype,) at 22pence but stayed clear.

AFC energy when it was 3 pence a share I bought in heavily. Got out a little too soon but nevermind.

I think loan companies scare investors, hence the reluctance. I only got told of NSF a week ago and started the research. I think 3 pence is a extremely good SP for the investor. I am only in 30k but if it stays at that price I continue to buy like I did with AFC.

Between November 26th 2020 and 1st December 2020 there was a massive buy in from our skilfully lead board.

These guys are inspirational, not only do they formulate a huge rescue of Amigo but they then buy in, that's what you call true devote leadership , they are truly phenomenal.

Mouse look at the trades.......the highest selling was 6.68 pence the lowest buying point was 6.70 .

What a result even though traders were trying short they could nt get the price down.

Couple of days we be either in the 7 pence or just under....relax

The buy price did not go below the sell price. It was always off by 0.10-20-0.20 pence .
I was watching the large volume sells , in the morning there was about a million bought on 4 large buys.

But I disagree he is offering the Queen ... I mean really ....maybe a rook at the most and that's being generous.

He put out a part 26 of the 2006 companies act . Now the cmc have to make a choice do they tell their clients to reject the claim and if they do ' they don't get paid( that must be where the majority of current claims are).

They have withdrawn the letter of non object ( maybe the fca could of put a restriction on lending) and gone for constructively working with FCA to resolve any concerns....there would be no reason to put any restrictions on if all concerns are met.

If FCA did put a restriction of lending on that would potentially reduce the profit what the compensation is linked to. The FCA is under fire at the moment from MPS and customer imaging getting slatted for reducing compensation..

I have watched an American CEO rescue shareholders from one part of the company and manged to get them to another. Placing all the debts into that company before bankrupting it. If he had bankrupted it with the shareholders in it they would of had to pay tax.

I thought this American was amazing, but Gary and his Bournemouth posse........we are damn luckily to have them
