Think it’s a non-starter personally. Not sure why they would do it due to a short term price...when it was under £1 a few years back maybe but it will be over £3 quickly if we get a trade deal and better Q2 production results. Scff
They can only take it private (which I don’t think they will happen BTW) if a sufficient percentage of shareholders are willing to sell and this would be at a significant premium to the current SP. So not to worry imo. ATB, Scfc
A Brexit deal will see a big(ish) jump for Lloyds...on the other hand a no deal Brexit would mean a kicking, initially at least. I guess you’re betting on the outcome of Brexit which is dangerous if Boris becomes PM! ATB, Scfc
