It’s all too complicated for me. I’ll just stick with the fact that when loads of people or Institutions buy, the price goes up. When they sell, it goes down. Everything in the middle is when boredom sets in and I find stuff to do.
More than happy for it to go up on news of an order, otherwise the selly people will sell and we’re back where we started. Other than that I try not to worry too much.

I note that as the series progresses, AFC are being mentioned as the name behind the tech. A few months ago the articles spoke of electric off road vehicles being charged but not a great deal more. I know the readers aren’t necessarily our target market but the increased exposure doesn’t do any harm and hopefully AB will have further news as we approach the second race.
H2 2021 could and should be an interesting period and I think the additional shares I’ll be buying in June might cost a bit more. Here’s hoping that anyone who bought in the 70’s and above, and held, gets to see some blue soon.

No-one knows anything despite what is being touted as ‘fact’ on here and the judge will communicate his decision through the correct channels when he’s ready. Nothing has changed for me and we’re in the same position as we were going into court. You can blame the FCA or anyone else for that matter, but they didn’t press the ‘buy’ button for you. Lots going on no doubt, so I’ll hold until I see an RNS with an actual ‘fact’ rather than the opinion of rampers/de-rampers. It’s not over yet......

RNS clearly states that Amigo still await the court decision and you can’t tell fibs about such things.
I guess it’ll show that a RI is impractical with a dropping SP. They must have a plan, mustn’t they?

bailiff, there are so many issues here. The pressing concern is short term i.e. what will happen when the judge announces his decision. I see no reason for the shares to remain suspended and I can’t see an agreement being reached with the FCA because they’ve set the bar so high that I’m doubtful there’s any middle ground. I absolutely hope I’m wrong btw and that something is going on behind the scenes. Long term Amigo may survive, but short term the SP is going to take a hit. Only my opinion but I honestly think it’s all in the hands of the judge and people should prepare themselves for a worst case scenario. The result could also be announced tomorrow (Friday is a good time to announce good or bad news) as everyone will have the weekend to come to terms with it. Or, something else could happen..........who knows!

Realistically I can’t see Amigo being in a position to resolve this by presenting a plan B before the Judge gives his verdict; certainly not to the extent seemingly required by the FCA. If he’s of the opinion that Amigo won’t go bust it’ll be a ‘no’ to the SOA, the share trading suspension will be lifted and the SP will drop. I’m trying to keep in mind that he doesn’t really want the company to go out of business or people to lose their jobs, but that’s looking like a very small straw to clutch at.
I wouldn’t want to be the next company going to court against the FCA. Their man was pretty good today.

Eric, if Amigo wins the case the price will jump and there’s a possibility you’ll have some difficulty buying. I say this because I think JPM and Bb will place significant orders to take them to 30% holding.
There’s no argument against your logic and it’s certainly a safer bet to wait if you don’t fancy the risk. lot of us are already in at a lower price and are waiting. Not advice; your choice. Basically it’s risk v reward.

I hold more than enough to do some damage, whichever way it goes. I’ll confess to being a tad nervous, but I’ll hold.
