Pure guesswork on my part..

They will have started with a draft/base document many weeks ago, which will have gone to the lawyers for each signatory.. this would have been 'marked up' time and again and will have been re-distributed time and again, until becoming acceptable for all to sign and be bound by.

Only then would the bipartisan meeting to sign have been organised... so yes, unlikely to be any problems associated with the signing of, at this juncture.. we are past "sight of and satisfaction with" territory by some margin...

yep... Kefi will go into a new era once this is signed by all parties.

From looking back at the 16/6/22 update RNS, we will also gain a clear understanding of just "who is putting in what".. which clarifies the quantum/mix and also names the investors we are as yet to understand. That will be interesting...

For me, this RNS evidences an evaporation of that protracted risk, and confirms all that we know to be necessary in support of re positioning Kefi for a significant growth phase.

The umbrella agreement signing in current month, followed by further sign offs (graded to conditions precedent being met) across the following couple of months is absolute Gold (pardon the pun) for the share price…. it couldn’t be structured better for constant positive achievements and associated value increases

Good question James… my understanding is that this is a Master Finance Agreement (MFA) whereby all parties sign acceptance of conditions.

Does this mean those signing go unconditional?

I expect this will be “unconditional, albeit subject to final conditions precedent…. “
