This will be WAY higher than 1.5p a share when the syndicate goes unconditional by the mid year point, as that will unleash all that is currently likely and make it certain..

It might just be that I expect too much, and I’m a bit OCD, however I do think on occasion our esteemed board miss easy opportunities to market what we have and to manage investor expectations well.

They come across as a bunch of older guys (broadly my age) who are pretty good within a narrow bandwidth in/around putting frontier mining deals together, but do lack the emotional intelligence to look up and see the opportunities they are missing in a broader sense around building an eminently visible, strong case for share price/market cap growth along the way.

I would have appreciated a monthly update today.this is NOT difficult stuff FFS..
There are April milestones that they should have “moved heaven and earth” to NAIL down in the month concerned. Then take the long weekend to craft a great RNS.. then deliver this to the market on the 3rd day of the following month.. call it “maintaining momentum and managing expectations”

They are woefully 5hit at this unfortunately, and it really matters…..

With regard to the month end update anticipated, by my reckoning we should now have confirmed pricing from the two principal contractors, which will flow through the deal financials and allow all parties to crystallise their numbers against known/fixed costs. Put another way - Certainty.

This gets done… broadly in the timeframe outlined.

Too many high level (public & private sector) commitments in play.

Let’s get through project/financial close for TKGM and then enjoy the countdown to production there, as Saudi follows on close behind.

This brings certainty to everything and guarantees the funding we need..

NPV remains at 12p based on current metal prices (which will rise)..

Not a great day for short term profit takers.. a good day for long term investors who can sit out the next few months calmly, and then go forward into build and production phases on massive mineral asset targets

Wholeheartedly disagree with you.

There are many progressive milestones to be successively provided between now and project/financial close in/around mid year.

You are effectively assuming that none of these will have a bearing and/or influence on either investor sentiment or market cap.

My view is entirely different.

Possibly not in your hurry!

This isn’t a get rich today mission, that needs worrying about if right now isn’t quite what you expected…

I fully agree with you. We watch, we wait...... personally this is a wave I'd like to ride all the way to the beach and get off at the right time.. I'm not a big fan of bailing before, or during......

Possibly a good idea not to take an intra-day view of Kefi, and to get in and out of this like a turkish bath?
I think it's a medium term investment, and probably needs addressing as such..
"Sit still and do nothing" is not typically one of life's great suggestions, but it might be here.....
