I think that post dilution we are at c. 10p per share NPV… was 12p

2 years down the track, going into full production at TK, yes I see higher than that, especially as we will know a great deal more about what’s under the open pit section, which TKGM is also going after.
TK remains open at depth..

To Bear’s point…. A listing in SA will “blow the bloody doors off” so if/when that happens, we will be higher by some margin across the group…

I wouldn’t completely rule out some acquisitive approaches, however (and as stated earlier) omly “if the price is big” -

Not sure why everyone is fixated with just a few pence on this board.. I see this as a 7+ bagger minimum a month after TK closes… and then heading to 15p + when in production at TK, with the mine builds of Saudi coming on stream…. at that juncture markwt cap would have overtaken NPV

As a parallel thought, there are a LOT of majors who have had very good prior years and have set aside very meaningful funds for M&A (mostly ‘A’)

Acquiring discovery businesses about to morph into trading businesses (via mine build/development) must be right in the cross hairs for this type of activity at this moment in history.. thereafter making the price attractive enough for a reluctant vendor, sitting in a comfy chair to leave the room is the discussion to be had.

Kefi does standout as a target for acquisition, especially given the likely ascension of Gold & Copper respectively

Harry has advised that at financial close for Tulu Kapi, Kefi will provide a 'sources & uses' of funds to set out the exact structure of debt/equity loaned/invested; essentially who has put in what USD$, and on what basis?

So far, those investing private equity into TKGM (the project level) have not been named, albeit this will change at deal completion.

Has anyone else wondered whether there will be any Saudi money going into TKGM (ARTAR or otherwise?) and/or has anyone got any thoughts on what the PE element might look like, and/or where it will originate from?

As far as I can gather we are largely/understandably in the dark on this piece of the jigsaw currently - we know substantially more about the debt providers...

Well done Brian… told Conference about ARTAR and our timing for two imminent/successive mine builds in KSA.

Separately, and currently global CU levels have not been lower than now since records began, and supply requirements never higher and constantly ramping up in the other direction, due to “greenification” etc…

The standout two commodities for the next (at least) 5 years are Copper & Gold.. to a lesser extent Zinc, Lithium etc… but the real pinch point and value increase will be Copper.

So… if you’re in a hurry to trade something to pay for Easter, not sure on that personally and good luck…

But, if you’re looking for something to pay your home loan off within 4 years and then give you tax efficient income thereafter.. stick and hold IMHO…

It’s a junior miner with incredible medium term prospects, on the cusp of mine build and production phase .. that is where dynamic growth and significant new revenue is found - it what it is..

Kefi is not a get rich quick trading opportunity for the bedroom 2 specialists.. it’s not really geared up to pay for your next week in the Canaries, plus drinks..

This is a long term investment which is continually, 3 dimensionally expansive.. it is growing in all directions continually - Saudi is soon to replace India as the fastest growing economy on earth - you can feel it….

Kefi is one for the patient to ride over years for huge gains over time… it is what it is.

So (in the words of the other Harry) “you gotta ask yourself”. ….. is this the right investment for you?

For me, at my time of life and with the medium term aspirations I now have.. absolutely 100% I’m north of 10m sharks and locked in…. norni g you can say will cause me to sell one of them.

Hard enough to get these deals done in grown ups land, let alone an emerging third world country, not long out of civil war, with a government invested in the process, outcome and future..

I am a fan of Harry, however I think he has (with the best of intentions) under-estimated just how complex the completion process is here.. he is a geologist, a miner and a CEO… this is CF world at its most challenging
