Well, i thought Running North’s post was funny, but Maidit’s is hilarious! There is no AI data partnership and where on earth does he get 12% from. Yes- and there are 300m+ warrants at 4p to be converted. Just another ramping piece of total fiction . Be very clear about this - there will soon be nearly 400m shares in issue. One of the largest percentage dilutions ever on the MM.

There's plenty of shares available - just look at the buy/sell order book on Level 2. There will be even more when those 300m+ warrants convert!

There are up to 360+m warrants to be converted at 4p per warrant -yep 4p - that’s 16p below the current SP. With only 31m paid up shared in issue, there’s 10 times the amount of warrants to shares. Once converted, the company’s paid up and issued share capital will be 390m shares. That’s some serious dilution.

An excellent post Slow learner. You raised all of the points that I have been trying to convey to PIs. On top of your accurate assessment about the warrants being able to convert at 4p- and there are several hundred million of them, the company continues to be loss making and burning through the limited cash it holds.

Sadly though, some in here are facing such significant losses, that they’ll simply post anything, including blatant lies to try and influence none invested PIs to buy in.

You only need go through the latest accounts and look at the company’s own website to see that this is going absolutely nowhere.

Its just so convenient for the two key Muppets to ignore hard facts and evidence which are contained in the company's own accounts and simply cut and paste meaningless articles that have little or no relevance to this company, simply because they think that by using the word "billions" it'll suck people in. Extremely well explained Pete. I suspect you and I are from similar professions. You’re slightly more generous than I in your assessment of value - your at 2.7p, I’m at 4.7p, but that’s before you factor in the continuing losses. Either way, this company is one to avoid!

Bing - firstly welcome and if you do invest in something I hope you are successful. Be very careful though of BBs like this - there are some who will simply post anything, without any kind of fact or supporting evidence to try and get less experienced investors to buy in, in the false hope it will raise the price. You’ll soon identify them - they use very general language without providing any supporting evidence - usually it’s “this time next year Rodney, we’ll be millionaires”. Without giving advice, you are much better researching a company yourself and only ever considering posts on BBs that can be substantiated by proven facts. Good luck!

14.37 - late reported sell - yet again. That’s probably a warrant holder, although it could just be another holder worried about the catastrophic decline in the SP. Remember- £1,000 invested only one month ago is now only worth £86.62. And before the two main muppets pipe up and say I’m taking none sense, that is absolutely 100% correct.

That’s what £1,000 invested in Mast one month ago - yep just one month ago is now worth. Couple of days ago it was £108 - what will it be next week? If you extrapolate the current rate of decline, it’ll be close to £40. Warrant holders are also no doubt aware of this abysmal performance and probably looking at cashing out whilst they are still in profit.

Well said Pete. The fundamentals are key to any company. What seems to get ignored is that no-one on here knows how much cash the company has. We do know that its using some of that cash to fund trading losses and some to fund capital expenditure. Question is - how long is the cash runway even after the 4p warrants convert.

All this garbage about "MM games, spoof trades, brokers platforms being down, PH messing around" is simply white noise trying to mask the simple basics mentioned above.

Eddy - see you’ve sussed out the muppet James. Whenever the SP falls he always goes to NT, spoof trades, hidden trades and lets us know he’s “topped up”!

He just can’t see past the basic fundamentals- loss making, warrant conversion at 4p and the cash burn. A couple of days ago he posted that his average was 18.80 - even that looks pretty poor now.

Duncan - Slow Learner’s post at 23.36 yesterday highlights a number of absolutely true negativities facing this company, in particular the issue of the huge amount of warrants issued that have the right to convert at 4p. That alone will cause significant dilution. On top of that the company is loss making and burning through its cash.

Almost 1.2m share sales reported after the close at well below the closing price. No doubt the resident muppets - will try and explain it away with their usual fantasy explanations- MM games, NT to buy, spoof trades - but the facts speak for themselves. Could be a pretty poor opening tomorrow, followed by another day of continuing decline.

Why would I be “thankful” - the poor PI’s are going to see 16p disappear very quickly as it works its way down to its true real value which is not far above the warrant conversion price of 4p.

Extremely articulate Maid. I note though, that you haven’t challenged my other points concerning the loss making activities, the cash burn, the warrants yet to convert - do I really need to go on?!
