Cando- another point you fail to see - if these huge sales are warrant holders converting and then immediately selling, doesn’t that send a message? If this was such a good investment the warrant holders would convert and hold. The fact they are selling is like rats and sinking ships.

Cando - how can the warrants be finished- there’s almost a quarter of a billion of them yet to convert. Do you even bother to read the company’s own RNS - all the details are contained in there.

Yep - I have to admit that James Simon is right - "prices won't stay at these levels" - its on its way down below the warrant exercise price of 4p. Then the warrants won't be exercised and that will probably lead to a placing at a significant further discount. What makes people think this is worth 60p a share - that seems to be the "go to" figure. At that price, that would give a MC of c. £51m for a company with negative cash flow from trading and not a lot on the BS.

Can you not see that there is virtually nothing in favour for this company - all these "brilliant RNS" that James T bangs on about, yet the price just continues to collapse. The MMs know what they are doing. Talking about James T - he's gone awfully quiet - maybe he's sold up rather than topped up!!

Dana - you missed the low to buy, but this is still an excellent price to get in, given the upside once the latest test results are published. The market cap at c. £10m is incredibly small for a gold miner with known reserves of at least 250k oz., and with the potential for this to be even greater. I posted my estimate as to the possible NAV once the results are known, based on the current gold price, net margin after production and number of shares currently in issue. That resulted in a projected NAV of between 12.9p-18.1p, depending on whether its 250k or 350k oz.. Now, there are many ways to value a business both from a balance sheet perspective and then from a market perspective, which is primarily driven by supply and demand as well as sometimes sentiment. This is a well run company with an experienced board with an asset bang in the middle of known large gold deposits. An excellent time still to get in - that's my opinion.

Maid - the time was 12.45 - fact. There are no shares in treasury - they are warrants that have yet to convert. If you don't understand the difference between a warrant and an ordinary share, then you really shouldn't be investing old chap!!

Maid - I'm afraid you're wrong on two counts - the 5.3m dump took place at 12.45 on Friday, not after hours. The second point that you're wrong on, is that there is still well over 200m further warrants to convert.

Looks like it’s down to Buzz and Maid to carry the fading torch whilst JT sits on Skegness beach! I reckon that with that 5.3m dump on Friday, that this will open much lower than Friday’s close and continue its downward trajectory all week. Black Friday discount may come early for this entity!!

Yep - more laughs from JT and Buzz than “only fools and horses”, “Yes Prime Minister” - who needs Gold when you’ve got these two for entertainment!!

Yep Pete - Buzz dodged a bullet there! That said, there is no outstanding 500k buy listed by any MM, neither is there any reported buy of 700k. Perhaps Buzz went to the same school as JT!! The school of fantasy!!

Buzz - just been quoted 8.8 for a 200k buy. You need to change broker dear boy!! Needless to say I didn’t take up the offer!!

Buzz - how have buyers been locked out - there’s been 3.8m bought and 1.6m sold - yet the SP is still falling catastrophically.

You’ll need more than patience dear chap - £1,000 invested in Mast 3 months ago is now worth £54! When buys outnumber sells by 2 to 1 and the SP still falls 13% in a day, you just know that there’s something fundamentally wrong.

Latest RNS - nothing to worry about - in fact I take it as a positive. Warrant holder preparing for when the next RNS drops with the lab results- at that point the SP really takes off.

James T - please provide details of the “lies” you allege I have posted. I don’t expect a reply, simply because there are none. If you care to take the time and actually check the numbers I’ve put up, you’ll find that they are entirely provable - after all, I’ve simply taken them from the company’s own RNS. If you’re suggesting my numbers are wrong being based on the company’s own RNS, well, that would be interesting and rather counter productive, wouldn’t you agree.

As for you comments on Navon, I’d suggest dear boy, that you have a quick look at Companies House - I’ll let you draw your own conclusions!

I feel that you misunderstand the purpose of the BB in a democracy- it’s not here simply for you to publish an opinion without challenge, much as my posts are open to challenge. Your over enthusiasm in support of this company without hard financial evidence is, I suspect what causes others to challenge.

PP - gross margin in the June accounts was 29.9% - if you apply that same margin to the latest revenue numbers published in the RNS yesterday, then its highly likely that the company is still loss making. If the losses are continuing on existing operations, then cash previously raised is being used partially to fund these losses. That in turn reduces the amount of funding available for development of other sites, which will require further warrants to be converted to provide funds or a placing - both of which will result in significant dilution.

Sadly, those promoting this share ignore the true facts because it doesn't suit their purpose and simply pick headline names and random numbers that have no relevance to the true financial position of this company.

Spot on 4Pete. Another 2 million late sales reported - getting to be a bit of a habit! I’ve read today’s RNS several times and it doesn’t really say anything positive. Just mentions revenue, which at £1.2m is a pathetic average of £128k per month - hardly on a par with James T’s Google!

Must be still heavily loss making otherwise don’t you think the company would have wanted to mention the word profit.

SP being set up for further warrant conversion, following which, after massive dilution the SP will fall back we’ll below 10p.
