Hindlip is months and months away from being "up and running". Even after all the warrants convert at 4p, I its highly unlikely that the company will be cash positive. I also doubt if the grid will "borrow" more power - it tends to have a habit of buying not borrowing! And even if it did buy more, it won't provide the company with much additional revenue from its limited production capacity.

Spot on Pete - we all know the warrants are the elephant in the room - even the company itself knows that by almost adding it as an after thought to the RNS. According to the rampers, and we know who the two main ones are, this should have been at £1 by now!! Be lucky if it holds above 20p today. Lets not forget, there are still millions of warrants yet to convert, which will only serve to drive the SP down even further.

And Pete - again tipping the hat to a man who knows his stuff. I’m 100% with your comments- sadly, there are a few on here that do not want to accept the truth because that works against their ill founded investment in this company. Whilst a few of us use evidence based on the company’s own financial reports, the others simply fabricate posts in the misguided belief it will boost the SP. It’ll be very interesting when the company has to post its next 6 month’s accounts- expect the losses to continue and the cash burn to follow in tandem.

Slow - as ever very impressed with your diplomacy and absolute accurate reporting of the true factual position of this company. No doubt, you’ll get seriously abused by those with their own ramping agenda, but hopefully your post and those of others who carefully research this company will prevent less experienced PIs from buying into this business and seeing their investment rapidly evaporate once those 360m 4p warrants convert.

James - please explain "this fake pull down". There was nothing "fake" about the share price falling - its a fact - the SP fell - nothing fake about that. It would also greatly assist if you could identify specifically the "trolling lies false and misleading statements". There is nothing false about the fact that the company reported a significant loss, nor that the warrants have a conversion price of 4p.

I think you get slightly confused dear chap in trying to pump out quantity rather than quality!

James - I'll repeat - the SP never hit £2.25 - its highest ever was 2.135 on 8 September. You cant even get that basic fact correct!

Pete - now that is some research. So refreshing to see a post that is factual, provable and clearly sets out the true position. I'm a tad disappointed that I didn't delve quite as deep as you - that said, at least all, who bother to read your work, can now see quite where this is heading. Images of the South Sea Bubble and the Dutch tulip debacle come to mind - you don't need a valuable commodity for people to invest - just hype something enough times on false claims and the FOMO kicks in.

If you’re still convinced that it did, then please enlighten us all as to exactly what day and time. You know you can’t. Maybe think about an engineering career?

Invester- what is idiotic about commenting on the several hundred million warrants with a conversion price of 4p? The warrants are not a work of fiction - they are real and when converted will seriously dilute the current 31m shares in issue. Surely you must understand this - if not, then I would really like to hear your take on this.

Not for long Cando - SP closed at 18.90 - warrant conversion price is 4p. Once those warrants convert and massively dilute, then I’d expect the SP to continue its downward spiral to something closer to the conversion price - ie 4p.

Maid - and one more point if I may - I’m delighted that you have finally recognised that the warrants - that’s all 360m of them - will convert at 4p. You say “something to think about apart from warrants at 4p”. Finally you have accepted the truth - only a few days ago you were suggesting rather naughtily that they had a conversion price of 40p. I pleased for you. Just a shame that 4p is the true warrant conversion price.

As ever Maid - another load of generalised rubbish. Do you ever do any research into the companies you invest in or just simply fabricate reasons why the market is against you. “It’s almost healthy to have one down day” - well I tell you child - I laughed my head off at that!! Is that the best you can do? Please explain how on earth you can take profit in a share that has lost 90% of its value in just over a month. If anyone was bothered to produce a muppet list, you dear boy would be number 1, 2 and 3!!

Invester - they’ll need to convert so that the company gets the additional cash flow it so desperately needs. It’s still trading at a significant loss and it also needs significant new capital to fund the planned new sites. Even after all the warrants have converted, there still has to be doubt about whether the company will have sufficient funds. The company’s own website explains in detail the length of time it takes to get a site to a revenue generating stage - and that’s just revenue. It would be a considerable time after that before the revenue exceed cost. If the company wanted to bring a halt to this debate, it could quite easily issue an RNS with detailed forecasts. The fact that they choose not to, suggests to me that it’s not all quite as rosy as some on here would suggest.

Well put Slow. Like you, I’m still waiting for Maid to answer my three questions I raised with him this morning. I don’t expect a reply, simply because, if he answered truthfully he would have to agree with my statements- and he’ll never do that.

I did a simple NAV calculation a few days ago based on the position after all warrants have converted at 4p. That gave a projected NAV of 4.7p per share. Just depends on when the selected few choose to convert. I see the SP at the year end around 6-10p.

Invested- the share has never hit £5 - the highest it hit was 2.13 - and that was for a nano second!

Cando -not being argumentative, but there hasn't been 4 good RNS in a row - 2 of the last 4 were simply advising of holdings in the company.

Late reported sells - 3 totaling 620,000 shares. Someone is getting very nervous.

20 minutes Cando - not blue as you predicted. probably because the sell orders exceed the buy orders - that's a fact you can check on Level 2.

Just as I predicated from Maidit - rather than engage in a serious dialogue and produce evidence in support of his ludicrous claims about this woeful company, he simply casts aspersions upon any who dare tell the truth - the truth being taken from the company's own accounts and website. For once it would be nice if he could argue against:

1. Loss making company - agree or disagree? Look at the last accounts before answering.

2. Burning cash due to loss making - true or false? Again, look at the accounts and cashflow statement.

3. 360m warrants to convert at 4p - true or false. Look at the company's own RNS - its all in there.

4. Serious dilution following warrant conversion - that's not a question - that is simply a fact!

Good morning Slow- a very amusing way of summarising the serious points facing this company. I suspect though that once the ramping crew fire up today, none of them will provide any constructive, reasoned, or data supported evidence- it’ll be the usual “NT to buy, no stock to buy, more AI contracts signed” - and on and on they go.
