This idiot has yet to post anything to substantiate his absolutely foolish and totally unfounded comments. His favourite phrase right now is “jam tomorrow”. Quite what that has to do with gold exploration is hard to explain.

The man has zero understanding of the mining industry- simply a sad individual having lost both his funds and reasoning! Best not to reply direct to simple minds like his - just either filter or discuss as part of a wider forum - that tends to really wind up such petty minded individuals!!

Focus on the key issues - proven JORC resource of a minimum 480k ozs with a substantial increase soon to be reported.

Dickie - agreed! For those that are serious about Jan and have been in a while, they will already be in profit. That’s before we get the upgraded JORC reports for our two main sites. Being fully funded at this stage is an absolute bonus. Warrants converting not only provide further cash for the company, but signal that the holders are confident about the future. As I’ve said before, nothing here not to like.

Level 2 looking strong now - all 6 MM have it pegged between 1.9-2.0. Buy orders outweigh sell orders by 2 -1. Setting up very nicely for a steady and prolonged run upwards.

I've gone through in detail yesterday's RNS - it really is excellent news. Go beyond just the headline points and you can really start to see the huge potential here. Whilst it focused primarily on Molly, let's not forget that we've also got Paranaita. The current JORC's for Molly and Paranaita are 130k and 350k. Those are expected to be uplifted significantly once the next set of assays are returned. Phase 2 of Molly's drilling is also fully funded. In very simplistic terms, based on a combined JORC of 480k, headline income would be in the region of £1.66b based on today's gold price. Using an AISC of approx. £1.48k per oz. would result in NP of £956m. Shares in issue are 853m. This just gets better and better - more so when the JORC's are uplifted.

Seems as though today’s RNS has been widely well received, especially by those with an interest here. For me, I was delighted to read about the possibility of new discoveries, but equally importantly was the statement suggesting that initial indications are that there is the potential to “significantly increase” the previously reported JORC resource of 130k. When confirmed, that alone will see the SP correspondingly increase significantly.

Nothing here not to like.

Ten Bob - and the best of luck to you. CDL has the potential to increase exponentially over the medium term. I have never cross referenced another share before but having read your post and assumed that you’re interested in gold exploration/miners, you might want to have a look at Jan - decent RNS just out.

Another step in the right direction- “expects new discovery”. Has to be one of the better companies to invest in at this level. Not only do we have the next assays to forward to, but we now have further areas to explore. Expecting a steady and consistent climb in the SP.

Pension - “I believe a big boy is interested” - what on earth are you talking about!! “A good RNS at Hex tomorrow” - what is “Hex”! You’ll have every opportunity to “stock up tomorrow” given that every man and his dog will be selling.

Maidit - "looking forward to this well deserved break". What on earth is well deserved about this pile of cr..ap. Are you looking forward to your cash being tied up for months and then wiped out when it doesn't come back from suspension?

PP - totally agree. Something very odd with the 2 RNS today. The first one at 07.00 this morning stated "the resignation of the auditors was entirely unexpected". RNS number 2 at 15.30 states "the company is making good progress with appointing a new auditor". So in less than one working day, the company has been in discussions with one or more auditing firms? Call me suspicious, but something about that just doesn't ring true. Any new auditor taking on a quoted company where the previous auditor has resigned, will want to carry out significant DD/enquiries. Expect significant continued selling right up to suspension.

Maidit - "who knows we could see blue" - the only blue you'll see is if you look up!! Why would anyone in their right minds want to "grab stock" in this abysmal, loss making, cash strapped company? Next stop - suspension - you'll then be stuck with shares you can't sell - stop after that, either delisting or possible Administration. Auditors the caliber of Crowe UK Plc, don't resign because there's a problem with the petty cash - they resign because there is potentially a fundamental serious problem with the company's accounts.

Oil baron - “look at the assets” - absolutely laughable dear chap. Look at the liabilities- they considerably outweigh any limited assets that the company purports to own.

Maidit- sadly, you are so wrong. It will take weeks, if not a good couple of months to firstly find a new auditor and secondly one that will take this appalling company on as a client. No auditor will step in and simply sign off the previous firm’s work - that is not how auditors work. The new firm, if indeed PK can find one, will firstly want to understand the issues that led to the resignation of the previous auditor and secondly will want to conduct its own thorough audit of the company’s accounts.

During this period of uncertainty, the SP will only drift down much lower, unless PK requests a suspension.

Its more about what is not mentioned in the RNS. RNS published at 07.00 today, 29 April, one day before publishing deadline. Why didn't the company state the reason for the auditors resignation? Why didn't the company state the date on which the notice of resignation was received?

I suspect there has been a problem for a while with the draft accounts - one that the auditors couldn't settle the the BOD. Auditors simply do not resign at such short notice, knowing that they are leaving their client with a huge problem - one that usually leads to a suspension. Surely, this is the final warning to sell and get out.

Sorry Magpie - but it most certainly is on the main market. If you're invested in this share, how on earth can you get something so wrong?!!
