"if Capita can show the same £260m Operating Profit by 2027 as Serco, then it's cap should be roughly the same?"
LOL - there is as near to zero odds of CPI netting £260m profit for 2027 as such odds could possibly get...
CPI's 2024 FY revenues were £2.4bn, and were falling (they still are and the TU backs this up too)... versus Serco which conversely is £4bn plus, and growing.
Not to mention Serco has greater value assets, whereas CPI had the valuation of its assets reduced in the last FY 24 (driven by sell offs presumably as the business is selling parts off meaning it has fewer assets to its name with each subsequent sale).
CPI was profitable in FY24 solely because of the sale of Capita One - without it then it would have booked an annual loss, again! Dont forget for this upcoming 2025 FY CPI won't have income from Capita One anymore.
So it's delusional to be saying CPI has a possibility of generating £260mil operating profit in 2027. Ain't gonna happen.
