We know that the JV is still on, Roland has just removed any doubts with his tweet tonight. A couple of days longer for interest to build won't harm.

It's great that Roland didn't let 7am tomorrow come with no communication. The JV is still on, it might be a couple of days. Wouldn't you love a 3.30pm Friday RNS confirming the JV?

I was trying to point out that on the eve of when the JV is supposed to be signed, there were 94 trades here

The wording (and timing) of any JV RNS is key now. It's all up to Roland's wording getting through the NOMAD and out as a RNS

If it was a done deal there would be an RNS.

The reason people are sitting on the sidelines here is Rolands ability not to meet his own deadlines.

It's now 8.30pm in Delhi, nothing appears to have leaked today so we wait for tomorrow. Surely there has to be a RNS either way?

We don't know for sure what it is, but I'm confident that it was something around new pages, images, text ready to go for when the JV RNS lands. Pages can be on the web server just not switch to live yet. It's too close to the end of the month, Roland I'm sure is a busy man, I can't believe he'd agree to routine maintenance this close to the end of January.
