Umair, that's my question. Is there any reason why it would be suspended pending an RNS about 51% JV

If the JV was so good or was more than 50% ownership, would there be a need at any point before the RNS is released to suspend SYN?

I have a feeling the last 30 minutes before the bell will be interesting, in anticipation of tomorrow pre market RNS (remember the 1 trade 😉😉)

You don't tell your nation you want to increase domestic natural gas production without knowing that in a matter of hours it's going to be announced that India's domestic natural gas production is going to increase due to a JV between Synergia Energy and a blue chip Indian company !!! My view is we will know when all signed, India seems to be a little leaky with this type of stuff, so I expect a surge in buys before official RNS comes out

6pm in Delhi is 12.30pm here, so RNS could land at anytime, there are probably a few signatures to get across both companies. We know where it is in the process, very close to the end, but patience is needed giving further opportunity today to buy in or top up

Roland effectively told us that the joint venture is now with the Boards of each company for signing. Again I say that it wouldn't get to the Boards if it hadn't cleared all the legal hoops. There may be a number of signatures that need to get on the document but one by one they will be signed
