They raised £1.1m in mid December 2023, so why raise again now? How much money in the bank does this JV need. If they want SYN to have the same in the bank as they are giving us then I'm hopeful we will get at least £2m from the JV partner.

So the big question has to be, will Roland have to return to India to "execute these agreements before the end of January 2024" or can they be executed with him in the UK?

Yeah, not quite what I was meaning. The Twitterarti (in my eyes) are are certain set of posters that tweet about a specific company. Check out #ROQ. They then retweet each others tweets and tell you that this will come good. At the moment the three that they are pushing are ROQ, EPP and ECR. Search for theses companies as # tags and you'll see the same posters.

They will tell you how they have taken a position, but never seem to tell when they have sold out.

I've always wondered if/ when the Twitterarti would get hold of this like they do with ROQ, ECR, EPP, TM1 HE1 (the list could go on)

Either Roland goes back or if he doesn't, I have a feeling we will know that things have been signed off in India way before the RNS lands

I think Roland is waiting for all the documents to be signed off before releasing the finer details. There will of course be information that the JV partner doesn't want splashed across the internet, so Roland will have to walk a thin line between what he can tell us and what he wants to tell us.

People have got the next 7 trading days to sort their funds out and buy in here if they wish. I'd just rather see a 10% each day before the end of the month, than a massive spike today and crash tomorrow.

9am and the bacon sandwiches have been finished. Spread closed and away we go folks. Market has only been open an hour and we are up 13%, I'll take that. As we approach the end of the month I'm hopeful of more and more blue days.

How many times have I said it buddy, close the spread and make a market. I have a theory that mm's are having bacon sandwiches and don't want too much action whilst they are eating, so they whack a 22% spread. Once the sarnies are done they'll narrow the spread 🤣🤣🤣
