Diwali holiday in India - Fri, 10 Nov 2023 – Wed, 15 Nov 2023, Whilst I'm sure there is someone looking after the well, not much being done until Thursday, once the holidays finish.

I'm hopeful we get an RNS next week about all the fluid out and new flow rates. If no RNS next week, then my support for Roland, will, like this share, hit an all time low.

I think the bank manager will blink first if Roland doesn't get a shift on with the JV.

24th October, JV a priority. I thought it was a priority because it was close to signing, but nothing. I still believe we will hear next week about fluids in well and flow rates.

That's what I posted a while ago, based on the rate of extraction, it was all due out by the 5th November.

Why don't you email the maths into Roland and see what his reply is. You never know what you can learn about fluid dynamics.

I've said if they stay in coal they need a second washer crusher, but ideally hand the coal mine over and go for rare early minerals and alike.

Oh I agree Gordon. This has gone from the sublime to the ridiculous. JV discussions were the priority on the 24th Oct but still no update. We freed up zones 1-4 before stabilising 5-6, which was a big mistake. Roland has never hit a self imposed deadline in all the time I've been invested, as far as I can see.

I'm not saying they are doing due diligence now, what I'm saying is that the people they originally spoke to aren't the same people as they are chatting to now. So they will have had to start the process again. I don't think they have been talking to the same people for 13 months.

Roland said something along the lines of the potential JV partners we are talking to now, it still suggests these are different potential partners to the ones they started talking to. If so they will have had to go through the due diligence all again with these.

I have never, nor would I ever, post anything on any bulletin board that Roland emails me in response to my questions. Others may post verbatim.

If it's in the bag, I have to ask why hasn't it been signed?
