The only valid reason I can see for them not RNSing the new fluid level is that the fluid level hasn't changed and therefore the figures in the last RNS remain valid.

Completely agree on the better informed. I jokingly / not jokingly posted about contacting RW on mass, but got the p i s s taken. Still think there a need to contact RW and push hard for an update from a number of individuals

Gordon, the way I see it. Whilst the flow rates are not a prerequisite of the JV, and that is what RW has told us. So the JV could happen at any stage, my own opinion is that the JV partner(s) have chosen to wait to see what the flow rates are.

I don't think RW is lying, but I think there's more to getting the JV over the line. If the jet pump is going to be employed across the all the new wells then I also think the JV partner(s) are waiting to see what happens with the jet pump. So again RW is not lying, it's not the flow rates they are interested in it's the jet pump effectiveness they are waiting on.

I simply can't believe that the last echometer was the 21st October and over a month later SYN, and I have to put it like this, just can't be bothered to update the market either via a tweet or a RNS. Even if the fluid was the same it would be better than this. It's both shocking and unacceptable. Previous echometer's two weeks apart. There can only be one explanation for me, the fluid remains in the well.

I know water ingress is not linear but based on the extrapolated extraction figures the fluids were all due out around the 5th Nov. and here we sit at the end of Nov with no news.

The JV that was a priority on the 24th October, nothing, absolutely f a. Well done Roland for delivering f a this month and still getting paid.

I'm not confident about anything anymore.

Why make the price go up??

If you wanted to raise a £1,000,000 and the share price was £1, you' dilute by 1,000,000 shares, but if the price was £2 you'd only have to dilute by 500,000 shares. So the higher the price the less dilution they have to do.

Right now if there is a placing coming, RW will be selling some punters the dream to get their money.

The rise could easily be to get a placing away at a higher price, time will tell

Something triggered the buys. Up 33% at one point surely should have bought about a RNS if no reason for the rise.

I still feel share holders need to start demanding an update from Roland.

They must know the level of fluid, the must know the flow rate and the JV definitely needs an update via a RNS

I think the JV is now all down to the commercials. Getting everything lined up that suits both/ all parties, which moves forward as fast as the slowest party. Time will tell, but we are running out of time if they are going to do it in Q4

Roland has never delivered anything on time since I've been here. People would generally buy in on rumour, sell on facts, but people seem to be waiting on the sidelines here until something actually is achieved successfully.

We wait for the JV to be signed.

We wait for the fluids to be confirmed all gone.

We wait for the new improved flow rates to be confirmed.

We wait for something to be confirmed in an RNS !!!!

Overall I'd say the share price is where it is because of a lack trust in Roland delivering.
