I don't think there's a legal requirement for the JV partners to wait for the new flow rates, hence Roland can say the JV isn't dependent upon the flow rates. However I think the JV partners have chosen to wait. The JV could go ahead, but for me the JV partners are waiting for the new flow rates.

A few things need to fall in place and I think the JV will be announced.

When Roland was asked one of my questions, around 32m:28s in to the presentation, Roland's reply was "parties we have been talking to recently" Still think they've had to end one send of conversations and start afresh in recent months with another set of people.

Why did he feel the need to tell SYN he had sold his shares (if he actually did let them know)????

Not sure down 5% is a crash but I can see what you are trying to say. Roland has never, in my experience, managed to deliver to any of his self imposed deadlines. So I guess this is just annoyed people leaving and then as we go lower the stop losses kick in. Unless sentiment changes, can only wee this going lower.
