The paying agent processing the payment transactions are experiencing difficulties reconciling the number of shares in issue due to miscalculation from a UK broker. The company was only made aware of this discrepancy recently and is working to resolve this.

It has come to our attention that the notifications intended for shareholders have not been issued as planned, due to guidance received from the paying agent.

This process has been ongoing for some time and may persist into the following weeks.

The licensing fees have been deposited with CIBC Bank, located in Chicago, Illinois.

We will provide further updates to shareholders by the end of the week, concluding on March 29, 2024.

We acknowledge and sympathise with shareholders’ frustrations regarding the delays experienced.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com.

Deloitte statement is telling "all powers of the Company’s directors have ceased, and the Liquidators now control the Company. The directors shall have no authority or power to act in relation to the Company". Deloitte are clearly now in charge of any thing left from our investments.
