I would think the majority of us are frustrated with the lack of updates during this important stage, but I can imagine if they issued information via social media they would be in breach of contract on AIM rules and therefore any update would have to be announced in a RNS.
It’s the Greenfield JV that puts us in a strong position with regards to Valkor’s influence and financial contacts in the States, plus the added bonus that they’ll be massively involved wth the construction of the proposed Greenfield 10,000 bopd plant, all going to take time, but the upside for potential return, interests me.

Genuine investors will find it difficult to understand why you constantly de-ramp a Company you say you are invested in, you seem to have a lack of knowledge with regards to what is now happening with the POSP, read all the relative RNS’s, read all the independent reports, read the advantages of the JV with Valkor, don’t just moan about the so called price you bought at and why are people selling, that’s AIM and that’s what happens when there’s been a placing and warrants issued, we’ve all been caught out buying in at the wrong price and as big boys we either stick or sell and move on, it’s been a long journey for Tomco, but surely even you must realise that this is now close to news.

Yes edger,
The agreement between all three Companies is complicated, but as I see it they all need each other to reach there main goal, excellent news yesterday regarding the additional profit from selling the fracking sand, previous SP estimates could be underestimated in my opinion GLA

I can fully understand the frustration with regards to the progress that Tomco have made over the past few years, but also understand that several of these years were spent on exploration and obtaining the various licenses, for me the major difference now is the JV with Valkor and the possibility within the next few months of finally proving that the POSP can produce a viable cost effective product.
Next week should be the start up of the plant when commissioning completed, that will most definitely happen, I would expect very little movement in the SP as it is expected, when we eventually get the results of the test further down the line, then the SP will move, depending on the outcome, it will be up or down, I’ve personally been involved in many large projects around the world and knowing the background of Valkor I would have thought there was a high possibility of success due to there experience and knowledge of the POSP, only in my opinion GLA
