Nice reminder of the future prospect of the TurboShale RF Technology Vauch, lots of research already been carried out by Tomco over the years and will most definitely be of interest to the JV with Valkor, many thanks for sharing
Shortage of building sand is going to be a massive issue in a few years and Tomco will have lots of it, not even mentioned fracking sand, as EarlofAim said, google it and you’ll be amazed how much is used across the world
Interesting point you raised minimil regarding raising the finance for the new plant, like you said raising this amount with a placing would be criminal, I can’t think of any other Company who as raised such a large amount by this way, but I could be wrong.
Valkor will only be able to raise there 50% by way of a conventional loan, so I would like to think that Tomco would negotiate the same loan and terms together under the name of Greenfield JV
Greenfield Proactive Investor video dated 27 January 21, so less than a week, if you watch the video again, you realise why there is going to be a slight delay
https://youtu.be/h-pGMhyalp0
Coby Crawford said in the video that there probably going to have to add some extra equipment to the process which would probably take a couple of weeks, so no surprise for the delay, nice to see Quadrise ready to go with all the equipment
Really good to see John Potter and Steven Byle on site discussing the progress and the technical expertise of Coby Crawford who I thought was very informative, plus the mention of them pushing for the finance, it looked pretty obvious to me that Valkor are pushing this forward
George Stapleton, Petroteq COO, commented: "We have brought the POSP online in stages since commencing ?processing operations in the week beginning the 11th of January,
starting with commissioning of the front end of the ?plant and moving from ore crushing to mixing and extraction of bitumen. All upgrades are working as designed and ?the plant has shown that it should be capable of operating continuously. Once we have completed fine- tuning the ?various plant systems, we will then look to increase production rates and move to a two-shift operation. The relative ?ease with which the plant was restarted, after having been shut down for approximately nine months while design ?upgrades were implemented, is a testament to the hard work of both the design and construction teams."
Further to the announcement on 6 January 2021, the Company is pleased to confirm that the POSP is operating and producing oil at the anticipated volumes and quality, with no issues to date. As at the close of business on 19 January 2021 the POSP had produced over 100 barrels of oil and the intention is to increase test production to approximately 250 barrels of oil per 12-hour shift over
the next few weeks, following the completion of the current optimisation work.
They are commissioning and testing the new modifications jyoti1, like any redesign and modification to a plant, you have to carefully monitor what is happening and make adjustments, this is in there plan, therefore nothing unusual and as written in the RNS they will eventually be ramping up production to 250 bopd
I would just like add to EarlofAim’s post, that the Greenfield JV with Valkor was the game changer for me, due to there experience and knowledge of the Petroteq POSP. They will also be the driving force to obtain the finance, technical knowledge and engineers to construct the new 10,000 bopd Plant, they are also a USA company, well established and respected, all green energy, Mr Biden will love it GLA
I’m sure the majority of Investors in Petroteq and Tom know what’s going on and therefore they will be in for the long term, but you will alway get these day traders, this RNS was great news, but most of us already new it was expected, there are going to be lots of updates this year, but for me there will be five big ones that we’ll see a considerable rise, 1) quadrise proof of producing MSAR from the samples, 2) Positive CPR that we can produce the quantity suggested, 3) obtaining the finance for the new plant, 4) confirmation start date and completion date of the new plant. 5) start up of the new plant and producing expected volumes
Not even mentioned income from the sale of clean fracking sand and the great news from Quadrise today, all looking good for the future of MSAR fuels in Shipping etc, it’s going to be a very interesting few months
