Which year?
GP and Pappikon are either of you actually going to the AGM?
Anyone else going to try to get there?
DB that post was nothing more than a superior gloat at the suffering of PIs with the current share price.
You really are a disgusting specimen of humanity!
The most there have been at any AGM I've attended is 15 shareholders, so I doubt the number should be a valid reason for cancelling the meeting.
As to whether public transport is operating on Friday is another matter.
The RNS mentions "unforeseen security issues". Given the past history with out AGMs I struggle to think what could have been so totally 'unforeseen'!
RNS just released announcing that tomorrow's AGM has again been postponed.
I am now feeling very uncomfortable and wonder whether the reason given is a version that is very economical with the actual truth.
The "something" in February was what they, the BoD, was referring to was probably Adam Habib's appointment. Just more weasel words like they've been dishing out for the past two years.
I really don't know how they can live with themselves after all the lies we've been told.

Maybe the subject line ought to be, 'if you have investors, screw them'?
I have been very suspicious of developments here for some time. The only thing that has prevented me from selling out is the possibility that my fears would be misplaced.
I have never understood or believed in the necessity of having Dyani as a consultant. What could a tiny company like Dyani, with apparently less than five staff, possibly achieve that the might of the Chinese companies in the proposed JV agreements with GCM not achieve?
What precisely were the reasons why Michael Tang was not re-elected as a Polo director? Major shareholders don't usually try to ditch a director without there being some justified reason!
As someone once said on another board, if it looks like a fish and smells like a fish, it'll stink to high heaven when placed under the bright lights of scrutiny.
If there was nothing untoward here, I'm sure that telephones in the GCM's London office would not have been answered by a voice mail message. That, to me, smacks of an admission of guilt just like the Republican senators not allowing witnesses and documents to be presented during Chump's impeachment 'trial'.
An important question. Is our investment in GCM becoming inTangible?
'Nuff said!
This is purely conjecture, but as no-one has mentioned Randolph Lewis for sometime, possibly because no-one has specifically looked recently at the management lineup, but I think that RL may have been moved aside shortly after Tom Bowens came on board.
What we have lost in RL's fluent Russian speaking, we have gained from TB's deal making and track record in the Far East.
I can't wait for an RNS to released with the word 'replacement' in the heading followed by CEO, Robin Young.
Jeez, if they can't get the details right on a relatively simple RNS then what does that say about their competency in more complicated issues?
I'm losing the will to live with this lot!
TDT, that was definitely worth repeating! ??
What MD, "only borderline worthless".
Most of what you have posted today is way beyond "borderline worthless".
I have been in GCM for eleven years. I support what the environmentalists are doing. The only reason why I stay invested here is that Phulbari's coal is reputedly the cleanest in the whole of Asia and they will be using the latest technology to eliminate as much/most of the carbon emissions. Far more than the terrible sulphuris coal that is currently being, or they are intending to import.
If you have children I hope you will be able to look them in the eye in 10 years time and tell them that Greta Thunberg was an idiot. With statements like I assume you graduated from the Trump school of (exceedingly low) Intelligence?
'Nuff said.
You mean as in having no patience to look after his patients? I agree.
Some people ought to go back to school and ask for their money back. The level of illiteracy displayed by some posters on these boards is absolutely atrocious. It is not just because of dyslexia as many would plead.
Blumagnet/RedLee, I was just about to ask that exact question.
And so are the sells!
JB, I agree with the main thrust of your post at 8.55.
"I'm.expecting these to be released this month"
My personal opinion is that a house in the Sahara desert has more chance of being hit by an iceberg!
Another load of smoke and mirrors! Crumbs from a rich man's table. Crumbs from stale bread.
"A considerable amount of information has now been received by the Company" Information which we have decided to not release to shareholders at this stage for no good reason apart from satisfying the desires of entities unknown.
An absolute disgrace. As Joebass says, they have no shame at all.
