TD did say significant debt reduction for 2018 when Brent was at $65, May be he needs to put actual figures to his claims, as he has been saying debt will be reduced since 2015.

That was an obvious pump and dump on RKH and ARG as always happens before a PMO update. The avatar Falklands Investor was called Garbled on iii and is a total fraud. That said it was pumped well, you can tell oil is high again. Update here is fine, real debt did go up but was expected, probaly the only negative is the hedging, they are losing $20 a barrel puts profit on 40% of production, circa $640k a day!.

Downside is the expectation of dillution after the Z21 results might deter new investors buying in and curtail any meaningful rise.

Read between the lines - they will need equity funding so they will need a higher SP based on Z21 results. I think we are all 97% certain that they already have a very good idea of what initial flow rates 21 can achieve. It looks like the original plan was to fund the new asset, increase production and then add Z21 but probaly quite rightly ii's want to see solid evidence of Z success before throwing more money at AC. Short term they will need a higher SP and I would expect the PR campaign to soon be in full swing.

yes in the short term , debt is preferable over equity but there will be quarterly interest payments and the debt holders will likely have preference over shareholders if it goes Pete Tong. We will see.

that depends on whether the 400k seller has cleared and if the news expected on bk2 is good or bad. I would like to think that BTL will do well this week.

All eyes on Tech expo where BTL are promoting Interbit and on TSX where we need a update on Bk2. Those two drivers could easily take us back to 0.60 plus if positive news.

Massie seems a right James Hunt, let's see what the next RNS says - but if we go to 600k total investment on circa 5% equity it would mean Vibe would need to be valued at £12m to just get our investment level, that without further fubding/ dillution. How much has Massie put in? AL needs to tread carefully on this one.

The RNS is a hard read but a couple of sentences stand out. On the 200k extra investment it is quoted that Vela will " retain " a minority holding - as in retain 5%? Is Fletcher a new investor or another existing shareholder? Is it Fletcher and Vela who decided with Vibe BOD this was the best way forward? If for 200k Vela retain 5% with a much better structure to attract investment then its probaly a better investment than it was, more so if Fletcher is adding another 500k to the balance sheet.

at half year Vela had 500k in bank plus the 750k raised post results in placing. Since then we have spent 200k on Vibe, 200k on Argo, 200k on Bk2 and 150k on Portr. This doesn't include any BTL sales or any G&A costs etc. The 1.25m was a large part of market cap, but apart from Portr the money currently spent has not built any sentiment or value to shareholders. Bk2 and Argo really need to deliver to get the SP moving. The Vibe scenario where 400k of seed investment gives zero return or capital back cant be repeated.
