Farm in will be on incoming companies terms as Panr are in a position of weakness, the only news to come out from the operation is to what degree of bad the water issue is. If it rises before a RNS then the risk/reward changes, but at 18p its pointless to buy in when you have the luxury of waiting. For those holding from higher its a different story, but let's be clear- shareholders could lose everything here, if they need to raise money without any decent news to prop up the SP the dillution will be bad.

total volume on blk2 is 63,000 ?

to wait for next RNS before putting money in, at 18p even if it opens up 20% on a half decent RNS then you are still buying at 22p ish with massive upside, if it's a bad RNS then this company doesn't have the balance sheet to sort it out. I just don't see the risk/reward at buying in now.

lol. Never second guess the stock market.Thats why I trade, take profit when you can and protect capital. I sold 45% over 0.70 and now wait to sell the rest at 0.85 plus or buy more at 0.45. I don't mind which, blk2 at a 200k investment had already been priced in at a premium, of course BTL isn't helping today with its drop. Pity on another week we could have hit 0.9 and maybe 1p.

You always resort to personal attacks when posed with any discussion. It takes at least 6 months for a company to go thru the process of a listing application, so how Argo can have been looking at March to list when it was only formed as a company in December 2017 is a total falsehood.

I'm not setting any timeframes, personally I don't see them listing this year, the company was only formed late last year, your missing the point on the prospectus, if you are looking for public money as inward investment to list you issue thus document in the public domain, whether it's complete or not thus hasnt been done, timelines are to tight for June.

so if there's a RNS tommorow you won't bother looking at it till next week? That's a winning strategy.

No prospectus out as far as I can see, this would normally be public at least 2 months before any listing. It isn't happening in June guys, beware of the snakeskin oil sellers on here. Shameless.....
