I would be wary of going off Morning Star figures for shareholders, on Ptal it was showing the second biggest holder selling, the updated company list at the end of Jan shows no change, I think similar to the $5m placing you are creating domesdy scenarios from thin air, the selling is the 120m shares as we know hit the market in November, that was always going to create an overhang, the last month all O&G stocks are well down with the China virus hitting commodities and lastly PIs are selling as you would expect on a falling share price.
The brutal truth for all of us here, it will probably take another 12 months to achieve anything like value here, and not many will see out the ride.

A lot of PIs have sold up here on no news, so i think they have. Whilst most will put this down to lack of news etc the reality is that if the SP was at 28p now, no one would be bothered about the $5m or hiw much AK earns, the real and only factor is the SP, when it drops we then find reasons to sell, justified or not.

I have noticed on a number of occasions the ask being artificially high first thing, to make all trades look like sells, the actual mid price is circa 16.9, whether its a buy order or a tatic to panic the market to create sells who knows. Personally I think most trades are ii to ii, not impacting the SP, recently investor fatigue and wider markets have pushed PI sells which has impacted.

Savp have received $74m, with $20m being paid to Frontier and $10m on costs, tax. There was an additional $5m cash in bank from Severn with $40m being paid off gross debt. There is currently free cash flow each month.
