Agree with you, however when these go ex rights we will see them drop. At some point they will go below 25p and surely that will be to reflect the excessive price paid for the interserve facility.
However, at some point these will recover strongly above 25p.
Ahoy there!!! This SP will collapse
Is there not a facility in the agreement which states they cannot make a full takeover for the company for a minimum period? Once they hit 30% the bid price is based on what they paid prior to 30% meaning it will be a steal. That is why there must ge a clause preventing this?
Motley Fool suck "rods" and take in the juice. I have no faith or trust in the "tosspots"
this is not a RI you don't gef paid for selling rights.
but the point is, keep your existing holding and buy what you want below 30p, then sell the lot at break even.
why the hell would IKO buy and let the whole lot go for sub 30p, what did they buy at?
last night I saw a spaceship in my garden and a group of green coloured men with triangle shaped noses a funny shaped eyes said they are going to take SIG back to their planet with them, because it is no longer loved on this planet.
i think the comparisms with Restaurant etc are spot on. This should have flown because whilst more shares are in circulation. so is more cash.
SIG theoretically went to 14.93p, which PI bought for this? did it go to 43p? who sold at this price?
to add to the confusion, with the backing this conpany now has, it has become rock solid.
No reason why it can't hit 50p quickly.
this stock is a **** teaser
if you take up offer, the SP will fall below 30p. if you don't the SP will rocket.
that is the whole idea and concept of trading, you must gamble. These were trading at 38p a few weeks ago, those buying know what they are doing. This could be the last time to buy at sub 30p or they could go down to 25p, but before you know it, they could be back upto 50p.
so you think it's not worth taking up the RI of 50p short term is acceptable?
With the SP so close to 30p, If you are looking long term to make a decent profit you can bet your bottom dollar it is worth taking it up because it could well be 70p by the end of the year.
Short term it is all all about what your average break even is, I can see 50p pretty soon and if you break even here, not taking it up ok.
Lol
