I'm still with the belief that there's at least 3 assets being sold, the appointment of Kosaka is in my mind strategic.
Back in the day, when I was an undertaker,
A British CEO was in Japan on business, he unfortunately died over there.
Whilst i explained the repatriation to the family, I explained it'd take some time with all the red tape etc.
Now this is the point, the Japanese held this CEO in such high regard & he understood the business culture. They tore through the red tape & he was repatriated within 36 hours.
