Well I've took full advantage of the low SP over the last 18months, even though my holding is still very modest by some holders here, i am well chuffed with the amount i have, so much so that I don't feel the need to add anymore, therefore I can now relax & await the conclusion of the assets sale.

Like my opinion is simply the fact that, the BOD will already have covered all bases on everything.
Inc dividend amount.
But as we already know all parties having a very tight NDA arrangement, have simply given us a titbird of info without breaking the NDA.

From a personal perspective, i'm very pleased the BOD have announced any future dividend percentage.
As I'm able to formulate a more accurate guestimate as to any future asset sale, the BOD have effectively given shareholders the 2nd part of the equation.
The final part being the asset sale price itself.
