My calculations were based on redintoblue's post referencing 1.5Billion, so that's the unknown figure you have highlighted.
The .65 exchange rate was from Google speak as as I am lazy & yes it is .74
Hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

I was under the impression that the deal would be in Dollars & the fluctuation between Dollars/Sterling is constantly changing, i'm simply using .65 as a general ballpark figure.
