The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Just finished reading the report. Very interesting EBITDA values which im sure any potential aquirer will be aware of aswell as Alexei stating $250 million per year.
Hold tight we could be in for a pleasant surprise when MT sells.
Many thanks Jarv.
I guess the only question left is where are their manufacturing sites and how many can they produce per day.
The company "Primerdesign" already exports to China (see presentations/accounts). So the link is already there.
Does anyone know if Novacyt have their China and Hong Kong offices are still open/active?
How long is a piece of string...
Thats your timeline to buy back in.

Think the are still ahead. If you read the other article there was an important bit at the end.
"Because Roche’s test hasn’t cleared any regulatory hurdles, hospitals that use its tool for the time being will need to validate the results with other tests, Schinecker said. That’s pretty standard for any pandemic. Regardless, Roche is trying to collect enough data to ensure that the test is working properly, while also scaling up its ability to screen patients thanks to larger machinery and automation."
I personally think if there is a huge demand for it over the coming week then we will have to license it out to one of the big pharma's as we will be unable to manufacture it in the potential large quantities required.
Therefore dont be surprised if the likes of Pfizer or Glaxo come in with an offer to manufacture it.
Just my thoughts DYOR
Dont forget the company have a base in France too. So hopefully we will be involved in some capacity.
Thats £8.3 million
Check the news....DYOR
In the latest news there is likely to be a vaccine in June/July at the earliest. So in the mean time kits will be necessary
Wait for the weekend to finish and then the orders will come in next week. There will be a huge demand.

Any ideas why on their website under the RNS section only some of the exercise warrants are under "Inside information" and some arent? Just asking if there is a straight forward reason?

Ashley Warden replied and all he has done is forward my emails to the CEO. Still waiting for a response from her......
Simple Calculation for anyone who is still questioning the potential we have here:
EBITDA - $250 million (full production - Alexei's quote)
Industry Average Mulitple = 8.0 (conservative)
Valuation = $250 x 8.0 = $2 billion x 0.77 (conversion $ to £) = £1.54 billion x 0.8 (EUA's share) = £1.232 billion
MCAP = £96 million = 3.575p
Share Price = 3.575 x (1232/96) = 45.8p
Dividend could be mouth-watering and the rest for WK. Alternatively worst case the whole lot could be sold. Either way looking very positive.
I personally would prefer a divi payment of say 20-30p and get to keep my shares for future divi payments/another crack at selling another potentially huge asset in the future (WK or Vol).
These are my thoughts so please DYOR.
Cheers GH! So around 0.27p :-)
Does anybody know what the historical costs are that will be owed to Oracle? Expecting details of this will be included in any finance deal.
Personally i think the sale of atleast MT will go through. It's just a case of when which will likely be after official flanks approval. Price will be based on 2Moz + a portion of the 13Moz at a discounted rate I suspect.
Block 2 mate. Otherwise this would probably be up 100%+
Ahahahahahaha sorry have to laugh at the m*ppets/m*rons who post alot of sh*te about this company.
Hopefully that shuts you up!!!!
