So its fair to say the only outstanding warrants are associated with the directors/senior management? Therefore no more warrants can be converted as we are currently in a closed period.

Have to assume the Directors/Exec warrants cant be exercised as that would be considered inside info? Just like they cant buy shares. So excluding those how many do we have left?

Already in here at 40p and 44p. FDA/NHS/CE Approvals I think we will be between £1.50 and £2.

The key for me is how are we going to mass produce the kits? What is our in-house capacity? Demand is likely to be huge so I am waiting to see if the company will announce if they are in negotiations with a big pharma to assist in mass producing the kits. That for me will ignite a rocket up the share price. At that point £2+ per share more likely on any license deal.

Talk of take-over etc etc is not going to happen here. The company are not a 1 trick pony and do have other products.

Perhaps they have suspended due to a first bid coming in and expecting more to follow. Rather than RNSing the first bid and letting the share come out of suspension, the share price would likely be manipulated by the MM's.
Directors have the shareholders interests too so maybe they will just RNS the best offer....

If it was to do with that tweet then they would have suspended it on Monday.
Maybe the tweet is true and first bid has come in....

Looks like kits will be sent out to their distributors from mid Feb onwards. I have received email replies from distributors based in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and USA. All of these distributors have been busy developing the market and progressing on leads.
