I received a response back from Michael Mo.

The "??????" I am referring to in my copy and paste are written in the local language. Honestly if somebody or yourself are able to provide me with a throwaway email I am more than happy to forward the email.

Alternatively you and others will have to wait for me to perhaps take a screenshot and then share it via dropbox or outlook or something similar. Don't have access to this while at work due to security reasons.

PS the ????? are actually in the native language so happy to forward on to somebody for confirmation.

I have taken some of those emails (namely China, Hong Kong and Singapore) and have emailed the individuals on if they are are planning on distributing the 2019-nCoV kits.

I would agree with that. Therefore if countries follow WHO's recommendation it would still allow travel albeit longer waiting times.
