with where this is heading. Was nice to see 2 solid RNS's on my birthday. Looks to me any deal will be signed with the flanks "officially" approved however NN or any other interested buyer will be fully aware that its just a formality. I think if its a sale then its fair to say we will get a good price on the 2Moz and then the additional 13Moz at a discounted price. Anything else is just a bonus to the buyer. I do feel that EUA, having advertised via Twitter and RNS's the price of recent deals, is something that we may expect to get here. With the banks involved I think this will be achievable and naturally the fees themselves will not be agreed until we get an official bid on the table.
However need to keep our feet firmly on the ground despite the exciting developments. I personally hope we sell MT but get to keep our shares for WK and any other targets the company may have their eyes on (see yesterday's RNS which is hinting at what maybe next).
Hoping that all the genuine investors will be celebrating come end of Q1 2020.

We already have the license. See RNS on the 26th September:

"Flanks area application now submitted to Rosnedra. Eurasia's TGK (Eurasia's 80% subsidiary) as the PRODUCTION LICENSE HOLDER has exclusive rights to the flanks areas which the directors believe have the potential, given drilling success, to increase the resources severalfold."

The deal could potentially be a complicated one if both of our assets are being sold to one or two different companies. These things can take time and any proceeds maybe used for other potential purchases (rinse and repeat) but with a nice divi for all shareholders for being patient for up to 10 years.

Likewise not selling a single share. Glad I stayed off the boards and missed the huge drops. Nothing has changed from over a week ago and we have an even stronger team to get us good value for what we may potentially sell or just mine ourselves as worst case scenario.

Exactly win win. All depends on an investors timeline. If you are a trader then days like yesterday will give you a heart attack. Hopefully everyone is calmer today and there will be less bickering on this BB.

Very good point. Could be possible that a better offer may not necessarily come via the banks.

My mrs has come over to visit me in Perth and we spent the whole day yesterday basking in glorious sunshine. I only checked in on the stock at around 4pm (UK time) and read the RNS. Not too bothered and it only ended 17% down. However the timing is suspicious and still no signs of this so-called "excellent" interview which is still being reviewed.

The deal will be done when it suits the directors as the resource is still there (we aren't drilling for oil and are not encountering water or dusters). Also perhaps its a good thing that they are reeling in expectations with the no guarantees as they did quote the more recent deals on the 24th. Even if a deal materialises for 500 million rather than the 1,2,3 billion. Most investors if not all will be very happy with the return.
If you have invested for the fundamentals then relax and enjoy life. Some sort of deal will materialise and if not then production on both assets will drive the share price north and most likely much higher than any asset sale we may achieve in the near future.

As for the 15 mins audio and NOT video which was due to be released on friday, I really dont care if it includes something price sensitive or not. Company is making progress and when ever the time is right we will be informed of what these negotiations have ended up with.

1. Sale of one asset then yes a dividend payment and I get to keep my shares
2. Sale of both assets and then a full payout
3. JV for one or both assets. E.g 50% JV for say 500 million. Means its worth 1 billion overall but our share 500 million. Re-rate in MCAP as a start. If no divi I have a choice to sell my shares for significantly more at share price of 20p odd. Or I can sell some of my shares and keep the rest for future production.

Overall a win-win situation. What's not to like.....
