What’s with the drop in the gold price.

Every time I see the Havieron drilling picture, it reminds me of a tooth waiting to be extracted. Lol.

So when do people expect GGP to announce JPM as our new broker.? Friday morning?

Lots of new posters on here spouting doom and gloom, allied to someone running algorithms to keep the price Stable. For what reason we can only speculate.

The most obvious is that someone doesn’t want to pay more For their shares,but there could be others.
Greatland to seek a listing of the ASX. Keep the price stable.
Newcrest to buy into Greatland at a set price.
Newcrest to buy Greatland outright and wants to keep the price as low as possible before adding a premium.

I am sure there are many other reasons, but I am out for the day shortly So none of this will aff3ct me today.

Thinking outside the box, could GGP be looking at a possible listing on the ASX, hence the phone in go get some exposure?

We are rangebound at the moment it seems.

For those with more knowledge could this have something to do with our joint broker situation.?
It may sound strange what I have just said, but until a new broker is found, the markets don’t know how they will value GGP. They could value it at 20p or more cautiously at 10p, we don’t know.

Although we only heard officially about Numismatic over the past few days, the MM’s would have had wind of it some time ago.

Any thoughts?

TMT, I think the directors options have the following clause attached....

“ . All options will vest immediately upon a change of control event.”

So if there is a buy out, the options become ‘live’.

I think you may be on to something when you say it could be for tax purposes though.

Where will you find the proposals to vote on, in the forthcoming AGM please. I can’t seem to find them on the website.

How would they calculate the cost at this point in time? We still hold 60% of the j/v and it’s not until Newcrest have spent AT LEAST 65 million and produced a pfs that they get their 70%.

I think Newcrest will have to bear the cost if they want to progress the decline before the pfs. Just my opinion.

They seem to be building a war chest between them. Maybe they will buy some other company for themselves lol.

Not at all. I have bought a million shares since the debt re-organisation at an average of 0.75p. The last thing I want to see is the share price going down. As I said, it was more of a question as to why all the buys were being absorbed but the price was still falling.

Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 3,736,303,929 ordinary shares. As such the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,736,303,929 ordinary shares. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Apologies, it was more of a question, bearing in mind, the BOD have mentioned that a fund raising may be needed. That together with the way that buys are being absorbed and the SP is still falling.
Someone mentioned a possible price of 0.6p, again someone just guessing, but it makes you think.
As I say a Friday afternoon Rns is not what we want to see.

I hope not as a late rns is not normally a good sign.

The BOD did talk about a possible fund raise. Whether that is being arranged and some forward selling, who knows. Certainly buys being absorbed.

Could sell a million at 12.04p.
They are still looking for sellers.
