The market is now trading at its highest since the end of February of last year, when it stood at $27.50-29.95 per kg.'

What is interesting about this is that with the 13% tariff the Chinese add to imported vanadium products, pricing is almost on par. Which suggests to me that the Chinese market will move up again - there is little point importing product for the same price you can buy domestically.

It is worth noting that the current broker notes do not allow anything for Eskom or BelCo and only token valuations for Bushveld Energy. They also are built around Bushveld being recognised as a mining company, not as a fully vertically integrated mining and green energy platform. Bushveld is transitioning to a business model there is little precedent for. Standard mining PE ratios should soon be a thing of the past. If we were listed in the much-less conservative US, I imagine we would already have that billion dollar valuation.

The problem the MMs have now is why would you sell when V prices are just starting to rise and Eskom is due.

Who wants to be the guy who sold out on day one of the commodities boom.

I agree, my point is really that it's a harbinger of what is to come. The only small caveat for Bitcoin is that it does depend on whether it can ultimately compete with 'safe haven' investments like gold as investors realise physical currency is under siege. In a digitising world it isn't beyond the realms of possibility.

This must be one of the least appealing periods in recent history to have any savings in cash form.

Lots of stimulus money is coming to fund the post-covid rebuild and pay for the last year whilst interest rates are low, currencies will dilute, commodities are going to soar. This is just the beginning. It's also why Bitcoin has been rising - for an example of an early warning signal.

We have some huge trigger moments coming and a rising vanadium price is going to be the perfect fuel to really ignite them all.

Remember the company BMN was in 2018. We have more sites, more capacity, more investments, more upside, with bigger opportunities, lower costs and are much better known and understood.

The consolidation in the last week has been excellent. We have let those out who want to sell or top slice in relief at being back at 20p and a lot of new positions have been built. That's what we need. And at some point we will have a similar moment at 50p.

It's coming.

And as someone who has had a career in branding, I would politely suggest you don't come up with new company names again either. You don't understand how to create good ones and we should aim for a higher standard of discourse and contribution. Fun or not.

Barring a last throw of the sedition dice by DT, and an upset in Georgia, the Democrats will be back in control, which means green transition, commodities boom, actual believer in climate change in charge, a Covid policy and a grown up back in charge of the US.

At a time when we are expecting Eskom news - which as a spectator has been a masterful piece of strategic positioning that should be lauded, the fact there is obviously work happening around evolving the comms strategy / narrative which we have not yet seen, and the obvious partnerships being built to bring our VI offering to market, space needs to be given to the BoD to actually deliver those. They have obviously listened where it is reasonable and appropriate, but any suggestions should really only ever be just that anyway, and they have definitely already been made.

That being said, enthusiasm for the business shouldn't be knocked either.

The MM's are very happy to take shares at the highest bid of the day... It isn't rocket science what is going on. Good luck if you are chancing a trade... Clearly as FB mentioned, this is time to hold. :-0

Yep they certainly did Libero. It's basically more World Bank money going to our lender, just before the Eskom project kicks off.
