Gav i have a question, did the board answer the question around Quorium IO and QGP connection? I think it was speculated that they may be connected based on the gold backed connection and the fact that the Logo are freekly similar? Not sure if there was an answer in the TG group from the board? Knowing that they are connected would help understand the funding somewhat

CLN was the only investment he could get at the time. I would strongly advise taking information fed through with a pinch of salt. I wont advocate anybody selling or buying here, but i can certainly provide an HONEST review of that period. I wont go any further as its in the past and i dont feel it necessary to call people out for their lies. Anyway, we move on. The demand is the worrying thing here, so they need to sort that out. Its not even a fun trade because of the volume :(

You know they got 5m for doing nothing of note and it hammered my shares as it diluted the stock. You know i asked for an EGM to get those shares removed, which wouldve improved dilution levels and the response was booting me out of the TG group. You know they were directly responsible for the SP collapsing to around the 2/3p market as the investors in my consortium started to dump stock. If they had removed those shares, then there would've been less dilution and you would have a consortium of investors with significant clout to buy a shed load of shares. I strongly believe we would be at 30-50p. You reap what you sow....

They diluted the share and killed the share price momentum. How do you know they havent sold? I believe VLRM is on the APEX/ Access AQUISE market, which isnt UK regulated so doesnt require TR1

@takecare...I know about this period very well and share holders were lied to and completely shafted through the free shares allocated. Poulden was negotiating deals with the Arab nations once he knew the Gibralter exchange was a busted. Yet investors were told that the board had "saved the company", Absolute rubbish and i know exactly what happened!

TBH i think the deal is fine and payment should come through as expected. I dont believe much, if any of the 200m will ever touch VLRM, but thats my opinion and am happy to hold my hands up if im ultimately proved wrong. I think it will mature and be rolled over continually. I think the expectation is that the SP will surge so that money can be made to cover payments, but if that doesnt happen then QGP will cover their profit margins through the warrants and the sell of each month. They will then buy back at a cheap price to make any losses back. They also have 100k in their back pocket through the deal agreement. Thats the beauty of having a company run by 2 people with minimal overheads

Even i moved the market when i bought in at 11p and then sold in the 14s, and im a very small fish

They can buy back in at a cheaper rate. Also they make their money on the 0.01p conversion on those warrants. They make a slight loss on the 1.44% sell, make a profit on their conversion and then buy back in at a cheaper rate. More shares with expectation that the SP will surge north on a pick up of demand. This share can be very easily manipulated if you can control the supply and demand into the market... Lenigas is a pro at it

Irrelevant of the deal, the worry here is that only 1 trade has gone through today. This level will not cover the monthly sell off and any additional conversion on warrants. Perhaps this is a surge on accounts publishing as it will show the asset and a strong set of books? There is clearly something that isn't right here. Other AQUISE stock are seeing the volume, why isn't VLRM? Personally i would get a move onto AIM as that has significantly more volume, then look at US listing.

That is a bit of a misconception. I found that US joint listing has made no difference to SP. I remember when ARB listed and nothing happened really. The price was translated to Dollar and there was minimal demand. Admittedly this could've been down to poor communications, but i believe they were agreeing terms to build a mining hub in Texas at the time so that should've got a good buzz. This is all very much in the old grey matter so i could be completely wrong on that statement.

There simply feels like something isnt right here with the SP. Im waiting on any conversion from those new warrants to be the reason. Remember that the books should look Rosy for VLRM

I do trade in VLRM shares. Not sure that's a "hot off the press" moment. Made a nice trade from 11p to 14p recently. I will hold middle to long term once i see positive demand and news. At the moment it doesn't feel its going the right way. The dilution level, lack of clarity on the terms of the deal, low demand and confusion on the VLRM offering are keeping me away from investing here. If i do invest here you wont need me to tell you that on this forum, you will see it in the SP move ;)

Valid Response Bash. Perhaps the bod are missing a trick with their comms out to the wider world? In fairness Crypto is taking a hammering and a lot of this blockchain, Crypto, tokenisation all feeds into this dry up of demand. I think the pain may continue until there is some news on the US listing date, the published accounts and any further porfolio growth. I had that sub 10p (7/8p) buy in price as a current assessment of the uncertainty and not to deramp. IMO i wouldnt touch this at the current position with lack of demand and the small sells dumping the SP. The spread looks painful along with that movement

Would be interested to know investors take on the current SP movement and the future concern on the 1.4% sell agreement with QGP? The worry i would have is that there isnt sufficient demand currently to absorb the selling of those shares along with warrant conversion and sell off of those newly convert shares. The share seems to be getting hit hard on relatively small sell trades. Could be as a result of the minimal exposure on Aquise, but again i wouldve expected a big move north to align with a 200m mcap valuation against that funding agreement? Honest question and not looking to trap anybody

Had a cheeky trade from 11's to 14. Just something not right with this. The SP should be moving closer to align with a valuation closer to the 200m that will sit on the books and can be drawn down at any time. I'm wondering if there is something in the hidden terms that prevents that draw down and also allows carry over of the "corporate bond" on maturity date. If thats the case then VLRM may never see that 200m. Bit preplexing
