PPANCHOL will only hit that if we see another 50k click like yesterday. 5p is a possibility as the bottom isn't clear here based on difficulty in valuing VLRM. I think there is still questions to be asked about the deal, specifically around the transfer of the principal as a convertable cash injection and the interest payments as cash. There are also questions around QGP and the source of their revenue.

Further to the deal, there is also the question around bluebird and other MOU's not amounting to much by way of revenue and value. If you include the dilution then its simply to difficult to know where and when the bounce will come. 1m sell off isnt helping

PP1 get yourself an ADVFN account. You dont have to be a trader to use it as it will help you see what the current picture is looking like. As mentioned its free for AQUIS stock, but if VLRM move to AIM TECH or fledgling markets then you will have to pay a monthly fee.

PP1 im not attacking you and some of your points are valid on VLRM and the investment vehicle, but perhaps you need to work on your knowledge of the market mechanics. Anyway, im 100% a trader and not denying that, but nobody is here driving down the price to get a cheaper entry. True traders will avoid this like the plague as you have correctly identified a very illiquid position right now. Its good to have a balance of trade and investment in your portfolio. I have a long position on a few shares, a few short trades and a few IPO's .

Just to reiterate, this board has no impact to the movement on the share. The only thing driving this right now is the seller. News needs to get this moving, then you may find traders dipping in. Some who just get on with it and some who push the agenda. Check this board out for new posters when the share price moves north

On a side point about Level 2, are folks in here using a specific provider? I use ADVFN as they give me regular discount because i threaten to leave because it gets clunky on my desktop. The AJ bell recommendation here was a great shout and am moving some of my trade activity there, so interested to know thoughts on L2 providers being used.... Im lazy so will go with other people experience for my decision :)

Spread is looking painful right now at 21%, so its a really horrible market. They wont close that spread until they get some orders coming in to soak up the inevitable rounded clips. Perhaps i should dip in to help them out :)

So the 8.40p trades were sells then and not buys? The mid price dropped at 11:58 and those orders came in after that movement. My L2 on ADVFN is telling me those were buys.

Current 7.50-9.50 and buy is around 8.40, but havent confirmed that through a dummy order

No he will only see the order. If you give him the full 1 million then they have to work that order through. Thats if it goes through a MM in the first place, which in VLRM case it most likely will because of the type of share and its performance. The broker doesnt go through the same MM every time. It depends who has the stock and best price... So you may go through all the MM's at some point on a 1m separated order, or none (If volume and trading is flowing significantly). In this instance there is absolutely no way of knowing your strategy

So you are saying that brokers route through market makers and then all other Market makers can see that order. What you are also saying is that Market makers can also see your full position and not just the order. Uhh no mate

The market maker is there to make a market and offer liquidity when there is incredibly low volume (in this instance). They dont manipulate price and they follow the movement of the order book on L2. If Peel picks up my order then Peel will move the bid to reflect the size of the order and the quantity of shares available on the order book... The other market makers can see the movement and will flip accordingly if they have an empty order

Anyway, lets see what happens over the next few days, weeks, months. The first payment and release of accounts should in theory bounce this, so worth a trade. Peel controlling this, so keep an eye on the book on any rounded sells .

PP I know much more about corporate bonds and the bond market in general than i think you do lad. I fully understand this is not a bond that matures with yield, but to give people a better understanding of the asset backed finance for people who dont get the deal then "corporate bond" is used (Gary explains this in a video). That 50k to 60k sell off has been an ongoing cycle, but you would understand that if you followed L2 or even next tier live data on a bloomberg terminal, which you defo have right? Anyway those "small" 50k and 60k clips are dictating the bid right now and its smashing the value of your portfolio. If the demand doesn't come in soon then that further 1M share sale (Keep up) is going to burn through that portfolio:)

Bash you may be able to answer. I think somebody on here was effectively saying that QGP have paid £1 per share for 49% of the business, so if the SP doesnt hit £1 by the time the bond date ends then does that mean QGP have made a significant loss on their investment? As the RNS states, the principal will be converted to VLRM ownership. They will have paid 200m for 49% and 100k payment? Am i right in confirming that no additional shares above 1.44% can be sold until NSDAQ?

60K and 50k sells today, which aligns to the previous days of selling behaviour. See how much more they have left. If its in the millions then could be pain for a while if the SP doesn't react to any news.
