Bash out of curiosity, what are your thoughts if VLRM are paid in vGOLD? I dont think this is the case as Gary has confirmed USD i believe, but interested in your view

Golden if its vGold then i wouldnt be surprised if this gets dumped significantly. Thats worthless to VLRM at this juncture in my opinion

What value would that give? The US market is closed so it will pick up on any news before open. On a separate note, i've only ever seen Hash requirements when looking at the authenticity of software file. How does HASH confirm that cash payment transaction has been made? Just intrigued to know the connection

Dont think a day or 2 delay is much of a worry as long as it comes within the end of the financial year (end of the week). The big concern will be if the payment isnt in cash. VLRM arent going to do much with anything they cant use to develop product and growth. A nice capital injection will help push their growth strategy.

If the payment is all kosher then this should increase the SP significantly. The second payment should make the LTH smile a bit more, in my opinion. More money in the bank, but as i mentioned the importance of intent and imbeded process. The biggest kick will be any draw down on the 200m funding agreement! Obviously all my opinion.... Remember the markets are a funny beast

First payment is important, just i weight more on the second payment. Both will be important to the SP improvement

The SP rise is good as the sells are obviously bigger than the 25, 40 and 50k dumps happening last week. Wonder why they dried up at 5p.

The share will be hit if the company dont report on the payment @takecare. I have a sneaky suspicion that a lot of the increased buys are on the back of that news, so all those traders may bail quite quickly if they don't report on transfer. vGOLD payment wont help technological/strategic advancement... They need cash injection. I believe this payment will be cash and come through as expected, due to the CEO confidence in his responses. If for any reason the payment isn't in cash or doesnt happen then the SP will haemorrhage in my opinion... See under 3p potentially

Its just a simple pull from ADVFN and some highlighted trades with a pretty crap graph on excel... Its on my other work system so will see if i can port it across if i have time.

I pulled an export of the trades over the last few months and its a clear pattern, also it helps to have friends who work in the city... perhaps for Peel Hunt :). Thats what deterred me from investing or even trading once it started dipping below 12p. Catching a knife at the moment. Only 50k ish bought today, so we may see a rounded sell below that value at around 5p. That could be the sticking point

Nah the sells are too structured. Rounded and dropping at specific moments throughout the day. Its been done in an orderly fashion as opposed to Leni who dumped like madman :) . See there were no sells today, but it will be interesting to see if we get 1 by the end of the day after those buys dropping in

Its not QGP selling at the moment, so the worry will be if/when QGP start to sell their agreed amount. That will heap more pressure on the SP, especially with little to no demand. Granted the SP needs to be significantly higher for them to call out a profit against the 200m that they will need to release to VLRM when asked/directed to do so. However if they are using the interest payments to boost the SP then they may well sell into this to use that money for the payment. Hopefully that payment will boost the SP and they can start to see significant profits further down the line.

Dont want to doom-monger but this could drop significantly lower again. Unless the seller has a controlled 5p base and no lower. I think anything above 1p sees them in profit against the million they held. Next week will be an important week

And also main market, but you cant short VLRM as its on APEX segment of the Aquise market that has an outright ban on shorting. You would never be able to borrow through a broker as its illiquid
