RE: OTCQB VLRMF Approved4 Mar 2026 11:22
So i think there is a bit of confusion. The 200m isnt cash, but a funding line thats asset backed. Those assets are still working for QGP to generate revenue. If the 200m matures i believe there is an option to carry over, or even extend to 1billion backed funding line. Extending the term means it will never hit VLRM as capital liquidity for investment. They can draw down against that 200m whenever they want, but that has to be in agreement with QGP... What is the acceptance criteria for this, as the terms have not been published?
Let me throw something out to others on here. If you owned VLRM, had this deal and you are seeing the SP dropping significantly, wouldnt you call against that 200m to try and stem the tide? RNS coming out saying VLRM has pulled 5m from the 200m agreement to develop the strategy would be a significant news story? Money in the company? strong accounts?
