An impressive modern factory making the sauces as was the modern Mr Kipling bakery making the mince pies on the same programme at Christmas. So how come the share price is bumbling along at 40p with huge debts, pension fund , deficit not being reduced and years and years of no dividend?

£1.60 by Christmas or £1.80 by Pancake Wednesday. LOL

The way I read it is the Stock exchange don't record deals as buy or sell only as a trade at a price.
you then have to assume that if the share price is say45 any deal less than this is automatically a sell and any deal above this is a buy. If some dealer buys at 43p this is then interpreted a sell (even though it is a buy) and the corresponding sale at say 41p is also interpreted as a sell. If someone sells at 46p this becomes a buy and the buy at say 48p also becomes a buy. Hence there are often more buys than sells or vice versa.
It's too hot to think any further about it today!!!!!

Spot on, no more excuses, no more bumbling along at the bottom of share price. Whatever happens we should see the share price above the last rights issue price of 50p or other holders (even the Darby lovers) will have to wake up and see the light

I wonder how many of the remaining 77% are held by private investors (not including board members) and will they vote? If so how? How many are held in relatively small amounts by pension funds etc how will they vote? Looks like interesting times ahead.
