AT trades might be described as Automatic Trades linked to the Level 2 price of the stock..Where the market makers create their Bid And offer prices...Another possible definition is that of Algorithmic Trading where some clever computer programme tries to move either bid or offer price and take advantage of the difference... I am not sure as to why either or both of these are being used in an AIM stock with limited liquidity...Price manipulation perhaps leading to stakebuilding. ...All supposition though..

There continues to be unusual shares trades in QP... The number of AT Trades recorded is in my opinion very unusal for an AIM share...particularly where there is limited free float...I fear the share price is being 'manipulated'. to allow a third party to stake build..and some of the high value transactions do I believe support this theory... The Vitamin D publicity is interesting...but I would suggest that this is Not driving the share price...A predator may be after Biodose .or QP's about to be reapproved manufacturing facility... Why would the number of AT trades be so high unless the end game did not involve stakebuilding or even a takeover scenario...

With an Invisible Chairman, A deal maker for a CEO and a new FD together with a less than satisfactory NOMAD in zeus... I wonder if the QP Board are aware of the major dealings in its shares .. by whom and for what purpose.. Are we sleeping towards a takeover by A N Other? with the Leadership team asleep at the wheel or are one or more of the current institutional shareholders ditching QP as they see the Board as inexperienced and lack awareness of the harsh realities of being a PLC and its shares within the AIM Market.. This share has declined by approx 60% from its peak... we have had some explainations as to why certain products have been delayed... We were also informed around the suspension of QP's manufacturing facilities of which we have yet to receive an update... We should have a real winner with Biodose...it could save the NHS Millions and more.. Yet there seems little sense of urgency to market and sell this product / service effectively... perhaps yet again the inexperience of the Marketing and Sales capability of QP is responsible for not taking the world by storm .. or even licencing it out to one of the larger fish to exploit on QP's behalf.. The CEO should be held responsible for all of these issues... but he is a deal maker not a Chief Executive in the truest sense.. and the detail of the operating companies under the QP banner may simply be too much for him.. hence the need to replace and soon... The Institutional shareholders may have given him some grace whilst the FD beds in... But the Invisible Chairman should seeking a replacement urgently... The make up of QP is unique but to exploit it we need a talented and experienced team at the top....Where is it ? Failing to act quickly in getting the right individuals into key positions will likely result in a takeover or merger with a larger and more dynamic entity .. Which would be a real shame considering QP's exciting potential..

Yes robins you are right.... An RNS would be issued by the buyer if over 3 % and by the seller if a similar reduction has been made..and yet currently nothing.. Unless the buyer has not yet had their full order fulfilled .. and hence no RNS.. I also wonder why no communication is forthcoming on these large share trades from QP themselves.. and what are the Joint Brokers to QP doing to earn their money here ?

3 trades of 1.785 Million Plus 1 X 200K and 1 X £100K either one of the following has reduced or eliminated their holding in QP:- Legal & General Investment Management 15,201,800 12.16% Aviva Investors Global Services 8,910,561 7.12% Fidelity Worldwide Investments as agent for certain funds 8,870,000 7.10% AXA Investment Managers UK 8,650,000 6.92% River and Mercantile Asset Management 6,861,000 5.49% If it is one of the above in terms of a reduction... then who has bought them and likewise the other large trades that have gone through the market in previous weeks... I suspect it is stakebuilding but by whom... and until the Register of Major shareholdings is updated at QP we will not find out ... Unless somebody knows otherwise..

Three trades of Sells ... Over 2 Million shares sold.. No change in the Major shareholdings list on the QP website... So who has sold.. and who has bought.... This might be part of the stake-building exercise I have mentioned previously.. Offer Price of QP has moved up to 62p... A prelude to a bid perhaps...

A rough calculation of previous large 'Sells' show that approx 750000 shares went through the market over he last couple of weeks...If these shares were part of the ex FD holdings in QP then there are approx another 200000 shares still to be sold...I am hoping that when these shares have finished overhanging the market... we can see a steady rise to 70 - 80p...That is if I am right !

Quantum's Biodose should be taking the world by storm... Why is it Not ? Just looked at the very uninspiring Websites that the Quantum Group use... Little up to date news.. Why? Quantum looks like a group that needs Marketing expertise rather than the inward looking aura that appears to pervade it.. Do we need to refresh the Marketing and Sales Dept's to become dynamic .. more focused and adding real value? I still believe that Andrew Scaife is not suited to be CEO he does not appear to be able to Manage the entities that make up Quantum effectively... Detail and regular updates are missing ... His eye appears to be off the ball.. The share price is I believe reflecting this ... The Invisible Chairman should magically reappear to earn his money..

Who is selling these large tranches of QP shares? Importantly who is buying them.? A stake-builder perhaps? or the Ex FD shareholding going through the market in 25K / 50K blocks.. We will no doubt find out soon.

Over 1.5 million Shares traded, with large trades dominating...Is this the start of QP's Renaissance? Is the share price moving because there is stake building behind the scenes? With Limited number of shares (approx 31% approx of issued share capital) outside of Institutions and QP Management .. I do wonder where these large trades are originating from... There appears still to be no change in the Major Share holdings register.. but this only applies to 3% and above holdings... With today's announcement on Vitamin D .. there appears to be a Management that is now taking heed of the need to deliver and let the share-price do the talking.... If QP Management .have taken advice from N+! Singer or is it co-incidence that Vitamin D is being launched very soon after Singers appointment ... I suspect with more to come.. Singer today state :- The shares remain good value on <9x P/E to Jan-17, more than pricing in any perceived forecast risk." Indicating adj. EPS 6.1p for 2015 (with 2.6% yield) & 6.5p for the current year (with 3.2% yield). We may just have reached a positive turning point in QP's fortunes.. The share price should respond positively from now..

Marketing Authorisations (product licences) received for Aviticol™ and Colecalciferol 800 IU and 1000 IU Capsules... Great news... Hopefully a lot more news of product launches to come ...

I do hope that QP's New Joint Broker are set to work urgently on raising the Share Price.. .What exactly are both these joint Brokers Doing to earn their fees ? The share price is not reflecting their input !!!

The QP Board is in my opinion weak...Andrew Scaife the CEO needs more challenge and focus.. The Invisible Chairman who is very part time appears unable to do so... The new CFO may prove he can.. but we need evidence to show he is.. Not sure what value at all Sheila Kelly brings to QP other than an OBE. Andrew Scaife keeps presenting the image of a fast growing Pharma Company...buth the share price tells a different story... More experienced hands need bringing to the Board Room... Nicoia Massey should immediately be made a main Board Director with her knowledge and experience ...Bringing some badly needed challenge to Andrew's deal making and credibility. I suspect the Institutional Holders are fully aware of QP's Boardroom weakness and have insisted on Chris Rigg's appointment.. A weak Board, a weak share price...Andrew Scaife I would suggest has a very limited time to make good..

The number of AT trades continues to rise... Is there a big purchase order to be fulfilled and Market Makers are desperate for stock to fulfill? Hence driving the price down to flush out weak holders.. Whiilst some large sells are going through this might be the remnants of the ex FD's holding... A take-over at say £1 plus would see many holders accept willingly !

Revisited the QP Shareholder Register... It remains the same as at Jan 2016..This may be yet another QP Update failure or if true means that the Institutional Shareholders remain solid in their support for the (Revised) QP Board and its strategy.. If this is also true then it must be PI's who have simply got fed up with QP's inability to deliver its objectives and the ex FD who are or have sold their shares... My simple point is : I believe that there is an accumulation of QP shares taking place by somebody ..At the price it currently is and using the CEO word (Growing).. and Biodose as well .. A predator might well surface soon... Results in May should be interesting... What can we expect for 2017 revenue / Profit .. and will the Growing dividend promised be still paid...Interesting times ...

Robins...my thoughts exactly. I suspect they may be saving all the good news and release it with the Final Results in May..

I have stressed before how hopeless the Investor Relations Dept is of QP...it is symptomatic of a company that needs a management overhaul... the FD was replaced, I would sack the Chairman and Company.s PR Agents... Hopeless is an understatement... Nicola Massey should take the reins and put the company back on track... Zeus were part of the old regime and should soon be gone completely... i am surprised the institutionalHolders have not taken decisive action.. Or maybe they have just started..
