I think too much is being made of the share price and Matt Moulding correlation.
All online retailers share prices are no where near their dizzy heights.. Once they start to recover, they should all do in tandem unless their is something extra ordinary to shift it materially upwards.

Shorting has it's place but I think it should be mandatory to declare who is lending you the shares. This would deter lending out I believe.

He just has to pull in £1B or near or he is going to look a right t*t now that he has stated it..
He'd be an idiot if he just pulled that number out of thin air ..must be something behind it.

Does it not make sense for Shein to take out Boohoo at this point when the share price is so depressed?

Boo were never going beat their pandemic year performance as that is a freak year. It's like comparing physical store performance now against the time when shops were closed.
I personally think they did ok compared to pre pandemic and considering all the other issues of 2022.

Don't know where the share price is headed in short term but hopefully things will look better in second half of the year and then comparatives against 2022 will look positive.

That's not been updated.. They raised their target by 10p today to 55p I believe.

Tim Steiner at Ocado is ex Goldman Sachs.. I get the feeling he is treated differently in the city and his pals. If Ocado was run by Moulding and THG by Steiner I would bet my house on it the company valuations would be completely different..

Knows he needs to do something to make his business and himself credible in the city.
I think he has the personality, drive and ego to pull a few rabbits out of a hat as he did with Softbank and Qatar.

I hope so anyway as it's going to be long time between now and next trading statement and the share price is not going to move materially upwards until then.

I can't wait to get out of this stock but like many am trapped with a big loss at the moment.

MM has a good news RNS ready to lift the share price and was not released today just in case the share price tanked!

That is massive bold statement. They must be confident and know what's about to land.
My guess is they have done something big with Boots with the Dominic Murphy connection.

Seen some new rumours of THG beauty and Boots tie up being banded around. I wonder if city spy's cryptic "loose lips" quote is something about Thg beauty? City spy has to be right one day..
